This old cozy cottage will soon be newly renovated, with a little left to do outdoors. There is now a nice new kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fireplace. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. May 24 to June 30. A guest house with two beds. Electric vehicle charging station. A few hundred meters away is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
