Two newly renovated cabins located on a large, hilly plot of land with several nice spots. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: apple TV, Internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Close to nice swimming area and about 2 km to the grocery store & bus stop. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Have fun with the whole family at this amazing place right by the sea and that has everything for your life cavalité. Now with a larger and newly-renovated bathroom. Heated pool and outdoor shower in the summer, hot tub that is running all year. The sea is just 200 meters away and visible from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Nice environment for walking. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed to use the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 pm, with time for an early lunch or a late morning.

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
