There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fireplace. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. May 24 to June 30. A guest house with two beds. Electric vehicle charging station. A few hundred meters away is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
