I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Matthias' place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The breathtaking view and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything one might need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. Parking was convenient right in front, and the beautiful terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the silence. Overall, I can only recommend this place—it's a true gem. I would love to return and experience it all over again. Thank you, Matthias, for being such a fantastic host!

Cornelia was a very attentive and caring hostess, I felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is lovingly decorated and very quiet, the bed was super comfortable. I am very sensitive when it comes to sleeping and slept very well there. The location is great, you can walk very quickly to the forest and can take great hikes, but by car you can also get to Constance or Radolfzell quickly. I was there in winter and enjoyed the winter landscape very much, was outside in nature for 2-3 hours every day, there are really nice places and places of power nearby.

Great apartment! It corresponds exactly to the pictures and description. Everything you need for a few days' vacation was available in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The Illmensee is a really nice place to come down and be in touch with nature. The AirBnb is perfect for a few days of vacation. Would we do again!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well appointed. It has everything you need. The bedroom is separate, which was great for us with a baby. However, you should have your own vehicle (car, scooter, bike) when you are there, as the apartment is a little outside. Otherwise, we are very satisfied and would go back there at any time.

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be called a place to stay, that doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

The place was wonderful. Nice and clean, with all the necessary facilities. Peaceful and quiet location in beautiful area. Communication with Nils was always friendly, he responded quickly and precisely described check-in instructions. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay!

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

The entire place is beautiful, we would have loved to have moved in there. Everything is totally clean, modern, new and equipped with everything and more than you need. Large garden with sunbeds, hammock and large terrace, where you can relax and spend the day. Great kitchen and totally beautiful bedrooms. You are not far from the bus and train and thus quickly in Constance. Mario is a super friendly and accommodating host, you feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation helped to make our stay something special. I appreciate it 😍

The accommodation is in a very quiet, well-kept residential area. I spent an extended weekend there and felt very comfortable. The penthouse can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, spacious and yet cozy. Everything is spotless and the furniture is absolutely new. Above all, the furnishings of the modern built-in kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the house rules, you will find plenty of insider tips for a pleasant stay in the region. We had the pleasure of spending the last few days in this great Airbnb apartment and it was just perfect! The apartment is not only clean and stylish, but also offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal – quiet yet central, so you can quickly reach all the important sights. Linda was very helpful at all times and immediately made sure that the Internet connection was stable. Since I combined work & vacation on the first day, this was indispensable for me. The communication was friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Small highlights: ✔️ Super comfortable bed ✔️ Fully equipped kitchen ✔️ Separate office Conclusion: Absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful stay in Salem! We were warmly welcomed and the apartment was nice and very clean – just like in the photos. It was particularly convenient that it was within walking distance of the castle lake, which was perfect for us. As a young family with a baby, we also enjoyed the little extras, such as the attached outlet covers, which made the apartment childproof. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Our short break at Oliver and Ines' was really nice and relaxing. The hosts are very warm and have personally helped us with all concerns. The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated. It is perfect for vacationing with a toddler (and children). We highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly return ourselves.

We felt comfortable in this beautiful apartment with a great terrace and a cute garden from the 1st moment. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Just great. Booked again in 2026.

Staying at Heike and Emil's was super nice and relaxing. Our son could play outside in the yard all day and there was always something new to discover. Emil let our son ride on the tractors and Heike showed us all her animals and we were also allowed to feed them. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. We will definitely be back!
