Josh from the beginning was extremely helpful to us, and willing to accommodate the pets that we have and the need of a place to stay at that would allow them. We ended up getting there at 3am, but even that was no problem, the instructions provided to us helped us to know what we needed to do to get inside for the night. I had driven a 20ft box truck with a car trailer on the back, and couldn't get it out in the morning, and he helped me get it to where it needed to be for us to continue our moving journey. I cannot reccomend this stay enough, whenever my wife and I are able to visit family down south, we'll be making a stay there again. also amazing cute dog that loves to play with anyone and everyone. deserves more than 5 stars.

There were tornado warnings while I was there and Robin was so concerned about my safety. She made sure I knew where the emergency candles were, even though everything was clearly marked in the entire house, and since there wasn’t a basement, that I knew where the fire department was for emergency shelter.

The place was so clean and felt like home. There were a few snacks left on the counter and a few waters in the fridge. The owner was very quick to answer back when we had a question. We liked it so much that we stayed until check out time and had to leave. Will definitely rent again when I come back.

This is a piece of heaven on earth! Beautiful views - rolling hills of bluegrass and blue skies- all from a house that is extremely clean. The beds are comfy too. The owner has made sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay. If you snag this place you will be counting your blessings. It’s peaceful, quiet and close to the Ark encounter.

Such a beautiful place to get away and relax! My kids loved skipping stones in the creek. Our dogs were able to roam around with us on the property which was great. We loved how remote it was and that every need was met! Every where from the enclosed back & front porch and every space has ample storage. I love how the space is so intentional, simple, modern and of course beautiful! Katie and Zac are friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend for your next getaway.

This house is in a wonderful location with a great view and still just a few minutes from the interstate and the amenities of Dry Ridge. Located 45 minutes from the beautiful Cincinnati zoo, 40 or so from the creation museum, and just 10 minutes from the ark encounter. My family and I will likely stay here again if avaliable next time we visit the ark.

We had a peaceful stay for 5 days. The location was perfect, quiet, and beautiful. The home itself was very spacious, clean, and gorgeous. We had no issues. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful, and the home was nicely equipped. It was easy to get into and had a nice view off the back deck. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Highly recommend and if we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

This was the first time we've stayed in an Airbnb so I don't have anything to compare it to, however, based on this stay, I would do this again. Definitely a 5-star experience. The place was well-equipped, clean (no qualms about letting the baby crawl around on the floor), plenty of room for all the people in our family without being on top of each other. We especially appreciated the games for all ages. The tables and chairs were configured so we could have separate groups hanging out together, but a dining room big enough for all of us for dinner. The furnishings were comfortable and "homey" without a lot of clutter. If I were to come back to this area, I would stay here again.

The Dove's Perch cabin was practically perfect. Check-in was very easy, and everything that you would need for the comforts of home was included. The only two things I went to get & didn't find were a box of tissues & hot pads in the kitchen. However, toilet paper to blow my nose & extra kitchen towels that were provided for hot pads. Therefore, this 'tiny home' had EVERYTHING needed to make us feel right at home. We prepared & enjoyed meals with all the necessary & provided kitchenware. Even though the location is right next to the highway, the noise was canceled out by the 'white noise' of the mini-split (heat) systems running & having the bedroom ceiling fan on. Also, the location is perfect for visiting the Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum, which was the purpose of this family vacation. Lastly, there was a question for our host & within 1/2 hour & the online chat, everything was taken care of. I recommend this cabin & would visit it again. Visit Kellie's Homestead Restaurant too

Beautiful, private in the rolling hills of Kentucky. This is a refuge away from the touristy parts of Kentucky to rejuvenate if you like the outdoors and privacy. We didn't use the pool but appreciate that would be an option for next time! :) So much to appreciate about Kentucky and Annjenettes hospitable home and stay was a blessing!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! A very clean and comfortable place to feel right at home. Trish and family were so helpful, respectful & responsive. We feel blessed we were able to experience such great place for our first home vacation rental. Charm on the Farm is such an accurate description. We hope to be back again! We enjoyed the local restaurants, parks and activities throughout the trip, but we also enjoyed coming back to the barndominium to relax just as we would at home. The thoughtful touches throughout the stay were touching. Thank you so much!!

Tranquil Kentucky horse farm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. Bryan’s place is an absolutely beautiful property. It is a quintessential Kentucky horse farm with rolling hills, old barns, trees, soft green grass, and a river which borders most of the property. It is private and peaceful and very cozy. We hiked nearly all of the 110 acres and took a ton of photos. It is a great place for family or other special occasion photos! Bryan was quick to respond if we had any questions. There were plenty of linens and towels and other items for the weekend. The bunkhouse was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is out in the country with a beautiful, peaceful view. There is a short stretch that’s like a one lane road but it’s not very far. It was very relaxing and clean. Appreciated the cookies when we checked in. The beds are comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. I love that they had black wash clothes for makeup!!! The hosts are very helpful and quick to respond. The washer and dryer worked well. They live close by. I love that Candy has some vintage items for sale in the garage. That was so fun and we bought a couple of items. My sister enjoyed building a puzzle. This is a great place to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous! Zac provided anything and everything we could possibly want for a get-away with our grandkids - fire pit, grill, outdoor games, space to hike, great selection of indoor games for our rainy day (Papa was the ultimate victor in a 3-day long Monopoly game!) We couldn't have asked or hoped for anything more. We would highly recommend for one or two families; there is a second adjacent cabin should your family be larger.

I loved Cindy’s home! It was plenty big enough for our group of 11. I loved the separate dining areas to play games. The fact it had 4 bathrooms was awesome! The land the house was on , was peaceful and beautiful. In the country and town was only 8 minutes away. It was only a few minutes to the Ark Encounter which is why we stayed there! Williamstown was s nice little town, with at least 2 buffet restaurants. It was just part of a wonderfully blessed couple of days away.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at! The house was beautifully updated, pristinely clean, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfy and kitchen/bathrooms had everything we needed. Being so close to the Ark Encounter was awesome after a long day of walking. We could see the Ark in the distance from the property but were surrounded by woods and nature. Highly recommend staying here!

Very cute “tiney” home that was very spacious. The lake was right down the hill from the cabin which was nice. The hill to get to a from the cabin was a challenge first with the new gravel that was laid so having awd was definitely helpful. Has a full kitchen with plates and utensils but no pots and pans that I could find so if you plan on cooking bring a pot/pan. For a camp ground it was nice. It is next to the highway so you do hear a bit of the highway rush noise but to me it was like white noise so I didn’t mind. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

Jeremy‘s place was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! It was a very spacious house with a pool table and a movie room. It was well furnished with comfortable open spaces including the living room and kitchen. Able to accommodate large groups. Jeremy was responsive and flexible with our large party! They were great views off the back porch, rolling hills and a pasture with two horses. Checking in was easy. Travel to the ark was about 30 minutes, Creation museum, maybe 45 minutes. We saw wild turkeys, a hawk and a fawn during our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked! Definitely a family that has a passion for and rode horses! Would stay again!
