The stay was awesome. Perfect for our family trip. Great gaming system for the kids and adults. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. So close to the Ark Encounter and a better stay then a packed hotel. A++ vacation spot

This place is great on its own. We loved it. But the absolute best part is that you can walk down the steps and be steps from shops and restaurants. We had an amazing dinner at Serafina and then just sat outside. So many people out and about. Everyone super friendly. Love, love this place!

One of the nicest Air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I really appreciated the extra blankets, pillows, and towels provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone exploring the Bourbon Trail—just a short drive to Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Buffalo Trace. Plus, there’s a charming coffee shop, a fun bourbon bar, and a pool hall with surprisingly great food all within walking distance. Truly a gem of a place—I’ll definitely be back.

Midway is so charming and my husband and I felt so lucky to be able to find Joes place for our weekend visit- it’s right in the middle of all of the cute shops, and great restaurants and bars. We were in town for a friend’s wedding but happened to arrive during the bourbon festival. It was fun to be right in the mix of the festival, and it was still quiet and peaceful at night. The place has everything we needed, comfy bed, open design, stocked kitchen, beautiful natural light, we loved the layout and just the whole feel of the place. Our host was super responsive. A/c was awesome…This place was perfect and we can’t wait to come back and stay when we visit our friends!

Great place to stay. After a long day at the Ark & Creation Museum this was a great place to unwind. The game room was amazing. It was a big hit with the whole family. We all played games together and had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable. Dishwasher tabs, dish soap and laundry pods were left for us along with k-cups, body wash, shampoo & conditioner Would definitely stay here again.

Great modern place close to the Ark! Neighborhood is not as upscale as the property but it was quiet and in an easy to access spot from off the highway. Really nice stay!

Perfect place for the family to stay for the wedding. Everyone was very comfortable and it was great to be a be to stay all together for such a special family event. The home was well equipped with everything needed and worked well for all of us.

A cozy little place that was extremely clean. Just a few minutes from the Ark. Patrick had some great recommendations for food nearby.

We loved the house!! Beautiful, clean, and the pool and hot tub were great!! Kids swam every day, played ping pong and air hockey, and Just Dance on the Wii. We had movie nights in the spacious basement every night. For eating there are 5 stools by the counter (like the photos). There is an outdoor area on the patio with seating that is covered to eat at, if the bees aren’t out. They have an induction stove so you have to use the special pots/pans to cook. There are a few houses nearby but still felt secluded and private. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo & soap, dishes, and it was nice having spices, salt & pepper, foil, and things like that. The kids loved the little snacks they provided for them. Overall it was a great stay, and the kids were sad to leave. Would definitely recommend!! 10 minutes from the Ark, and 45 from the Creation Museum. They also had a cute skating rink & arcade not too far from the house if looking for something to do!

We stayed here while visiting the Ark Encounter, which was only about 10 minutes away—such a convenient location! The space was super clean, cozy, and just as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Was amazing stay, would highly recommend to anyone, especially a group that is looking for a lot to do while at the house. We did take a day trip on Saturday, we spent a lot of time Friday and Saturday evenings enjoying the space.

Beautiful place easy check in and check out. Even though I always bring my own items if there is anything you may have forgotten or needed Katie had it there available for your use. I have family in the area and this will definitely be my go to place every time I return

This was our second time staying here, probably not the last. It is very clean, quiet and well equipped where I do not have to bring much with me other than our own bare essentials. There is plenty of open area in the apartment for us to have some personal space for the weekend and not be in a small hotel room. We walked into town for dinner, shopping and even stumbled on the train museum which was a great way to spend some down time. You might even see the train going through the center of town, but don't worry, you won't hear it when you are relaxing at the apartment. Overall a great experience, looking forward to coming back next year.

Our stay at this beautiful and unique Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The industrial design elements gave the space a modern yet cozy feel, making it a perfect blend of style and comfort. The location was fantastic, with a plethora of restaurants and live music venues a short walk away. It was the ideal spot for our family of six adults, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed. We loved exploring the Distillery District and coming back to such a welcoming and well thought-out space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and memorable stay! Thank you, Teri.

This was a great place to stay, super clean and less than a mile from Rupp. We didn't get to make use of the host's suggestions for things to do this trip, but I'll already be looking forward to a second trip!

we loved our stay at the paradise inn! we will absolutely be back to Paris, KY. Ajs paradise Cafe right below is was such a nice treat and delicious food! Lee was by far the best, would recommend this stay to everyone.

This place is perfect for a stay in downtown Lexington! Keene was a great host and the space itself was well kept and beautiful.

The place was perfect! We were in town for graduation weekend and it was the perfect location for everything! A block from Rupp, restaurants all within walking distance. The place was neat, clean, free of clutter and just so nice!! Broadway at night can get loud with cars racing up and down and sirens all night, but we were so tired it didn’t bother us. Our host was also super responsive and helped us out immediately when we had trouble getting in with our code. I would definitely stay here again if in town for any happenings downtown Lexington. Truly, once you’re parked, there is no need to move because everything is so convenient.
