Welcome to our spacious home, perfect for families with children! Here you live in the countryside surrounded by beautiful fields, but only 2 km from shops and shopping center. Large sunny plot of 1.6 acres with trampoline, sandbox, swing and play stand. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit, large porch with pavilion, good sofa group and gas grill. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two TV rooms and the possibility of extra sleeping places. You also have gym room in the basement. Parking for 4-5 cars and a lovely view to the Drammenselva river.

Majestic villa 250 m2 with panoramic views!

Lovely and representative residence! Extremely good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

The kitchen area features a contemporary design with wooden log walls, highlighted by large windows allowing natural light. A central island with dark surfaces stands alongside a blue cabinetry. A cozy seating area with a chair adds to the inviting space, complemented by a wood stove.

Large and special country house. Something old and something new. A house where one can relax, both inside and outside. Many rooms where a whole family or friends can relax and enjoy themselves. Outside there are 3 terraces with the possibility of sitting out in the shade and sun, and one balcony upstairs. Small tree house for the little ones. 2 min to drive to nearest grocery store (Bunnpris). 10 mins drive to Hokksund. 30 min drive to Drammen, larger city. 1 hour to drive to the capital Oslo.

Large new terraces not shown in the pictures! Improved views! New outside furniture! New comfortable dining chairs! The cabin has a livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with doublebeds and bunkbeds above, bathroom with wc, an extra wc, washingroom, heated floors, a large soapstone fireplace, and external woodfired sauna. The area is quiet. Our lot was chosen very early, and we believe it has one of the best locations, with privat, undisturbed terraces overlooking the valley.

Guest house on idyllic farm in the woods. Here is peace and quiet and great nature with the forest right outside. Child-friendly with large space, lots to do and no traffic. Swimming pool in summer and ski run just past the house in winter. Horses and sheep in the pasture and a pet forest cat who loves cuddles. Sit on the stairs with a cuppa and enjoy the silence.
