I really liked the place! This year is the 4th time I've been to SC, I always look for cool places! And, incredible as it may seem, I think I'll be back in May! I never thought about returning to the place! If it's not in May, I'll be back next year! I really enjoyed everything! It pays to check it out!

Our stay was great. The place is well located, between the two beaches of Pinheira. It's very close to the center. Very safe and quiet site. It has a parking space, with very easy access. Claudio treated us super well, with everything we needed. The accommodations were a 10, everything was clean, organized, new. It has everything we needed. It is a kitchen and living room with a hammock, a very large room with air-conditioning and a bathroom with a large shower stall and a very good shower. It's very easy to access. Everything working perfectly. For two people, it's an excellent accommodation, the location is the best possible. We loved it.

Panoramic Sea View-Simply the best!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

Pietro's place is very good, in a quiet place and at the same time close to the center! The pool was clean and the hydro as well, the place is better than the photos! We were in 10 people (5 couples) and we enjoyed the place a lot! Note 10

The house and the place are magical. Graziela is the best possible host. Couldn't have wished. We regret and apologize for not being able to make everything as clean and organized as we usually do, but a mishap on the penultimate day made us change the plans of the last one, and to enjoy it a little bit more, we left without organizing everything as we always try to do make. We want to come back often.

Ana was very attentive from the beginning, responded quickly, very sweet. She was very flexible about check-in and check-out. I recently stayed at this wonderful beach house, and it truly exceeded all expectations! The stunning ocean views and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and featured spacious bedrooms that provided a restful retreat after our beach days. Just a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed lounging in the sun and swimming in the ocean. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect and everyone in our group had a fantastic time. Our host, Rosalia, was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs—she made everything so easy and welcoming. Highly recommend having lunch at Bistro Paraíso 26—the food was amazing and the view was simply fabulous. Also, don’t miss the trilha to Praia dos Amores, it was one of the highlights of the trip. We’re definitely coming back during whale season. Can’t wait!

It exceeded our expectations!!! Very cozy and cozy space, kitchen equipped for any occasion, other super complete environments as well. Extremely clean and organized place, we feel at home. Service and cordiality without words, we were greeted with a treat, a delicious cake and a little note. We'll definitely be back for the next vacation. We love the stay and recommend!!!!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

We had a great experience at the Dolores home. Beginning with the communication and her kindness, which always attended us very quickly, not to mention that it was wonderful to have allowed us to enter the house early, so we were able to leave the house quieter without getting traffic and we still enjoy the day! The house is very complete, has all the utensils necessary for the stay, very clean, all with air again and on the whim. The exterior space of the house is also very nice. It was perfect for us to make the meals looking at the sea without counting the fresh little wind! We were very well received by Marly who explained everything in the house to us as well. Anyway only compliments and we highly recommend this place!

Literally a paradise! You can feel the care in every detail. We had beautiful days with our two little dogs who also loved the space. The lagoon is wonderful, you can go kayaking every day, and the sunset is a sight to behold. Super quiet and private, the paradise house enchanted us, the hostess Jailza and her family are very dear! We recommend it and are already planning our return. A place where peace reigns!

I was already familiar with Garopaba and Praia do Rosa and was looking for a place where I could bring some friends for a month-long mix of work and vacation. The requirements were quite specific, but we found exactly what we needed in Klaus' house—and in Klaus himself as a host. The house was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, it had the most breathtaking view of the lake. The sunsets we enjoyed during our barbecue nights will be hard to top! Located within a 24/7 gated and secured condominium, the property offered a great sense of comfort and safety throughout our stay. On top of that, Klaus was an outstanding host—always available for any request and proactively checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're looking to experience the magic of Garopaba in the best possible way, with the best view in town, I highly recommend Klaus' house!

IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

Very good house for a family stay or with friends. It has a cute garden with a beautiful shade tree and space for cooking and eating. Good beach access. The only thing that would improve is the cleanliness when handing over the house, there was a bit of a bad smell at first, and the sheets didn't smell clean but it went out of the way.
