Monthly Rentals in Outer Clam Bay

Caitlin and Brandon were wonderful hosts and very responsive to all questions or concerns. We had a wonderful time enjoyed or stay.

Beautiful condo, very clean and had everything we needed the week we stayed. The view from the lanai is beautiful, sailboats going by during the day and gorgeous sunsets at night. The location is perfect, close to great shopping and restaurants. We went for walks on the beautiful beach and neighborhood daily. We look forward to returning.

Tim and Tena’s place is a gem, beautifully decorated and had little extras ready like waffle mix and maker, ready to make popcorn, good coffee, comfortable bikes to ride in the beautiful neighborhood and to the beach. It’s just lovely and everything done with taste. Will definitely check the other spots they have next time!

This is in a great little quiet neighborhood and it’s located to many restaurants. Minutes from the beach, mall, 5th ave, tin city and 25 min to Marco Island.
