Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Outer Banks

Very nice place! I loved the trees. Made it feel more secluded than it really is. The wind really blows so make sure to lock that bedroom out door. We loved the hot tub! The night sky, impeccable. Beautiful weather for a February. The home was awesome overall! 5 stars. Checked out Ocracoke via ferry. Nothing to do there but very dope experience. Drove up and down rt 12. Would come again in the summer.

Grateful for a weekend away in the OBX. If you like to run or walk, you can get to a great paved path/sidewalk near the ocean front with ease from this house. Close to everything! Also, neighborhood pool (small fee) was a great amenity!

This place was a great spot, it was a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walks bf distance which was great!! We would book again in a heartbeat!

Nice quite location

We were so excited to have such a wonderful house for our long cycling weekend. Our group of nine adults had plenty of room and enjoyed the house’s many amenities: roomy kitchen, comfortable furniture, expansive backyard, and welcoming front porch. The house was exceptionally clean and newly renovated and all the beds were comfortable, Our host responded promptly and was accommodating. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to the downtown and its shops, bars, restaurants and waterfront.  We would stay there again in a heartbeat. 

Clean space within walking distance to not only the pool but also the beach which was awesome for the kids! Definitely bring a wagon for the beach goodies and cooler to camp out with the waves for the day. The outdoor shower was awesome for keeping sand out and rinsing things off before putting them back in the car!

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

My family had a wonderful stay at Maria’s her and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being able to grill outside and let the kids play. They loved the decorations and they really enjoyed the shower with the seat! 😂 My husband and I plan to return for our anniversary trip ❤️ I definitely recommend staying here for the close proximity to the beach and pigman’s barbecue!

Barb was very kind throughout the booking process and provided additional pictures and information to assist with the check-in process. The little apartment was exactly as-pictured! Cute and quiet, right by the Nags Head woods. Public beach access is close by, and the location is incredibly convenient for all that OBX has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

This is an absolutely lovely place. You are able to walk to the beach and the grocery store. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Dog friendly too!

Erin's place was amazing. We went during spring break so as the season was underway but before the big crowds. Made it fun to do the beach in a different way -- going out more than cooking. It was so cool to be staying on the boardwalk after everyone went home -- felt like we had a whole part of Duck to ourselves. Erin's place is perfectly located and very charming. She was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time. Very nice place. Much better than a hotel. The host was extremely helpful. This was the first Airbnb for us and we would do this again. We enjoyed the area and it helped to have a tremendous place to stay.

A hidden gem! Very comfortable couch and bed, well equipped kitchenette, and perfect location! Earl was a very responsive host, we are definitely going to keep this place in our favorites list for future trips to the OBX!

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

We had a great weekend at Crystal’s place. The condo was clean, the furniture comfortable and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay-our family especially enjoyed the selection of games. The location was perfect and the beach just beautiful!

This is a perfect place to stay while on Ocracoke! Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed a swim in the pool too! This spot is quiet and lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee around the pool and enjoyed the smell of jasmine that was starting to open up and listened to the mourning doves. Easy walk to Ocracoke Coffee and The Back Porch restaurant. Don’t forget to shop at Bella Fiore and Books to be Red. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in Corolla! The location was perfect for us, being a short walk to the beach and a short drive to nearby stores. The condo was SUPER clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We will certainly be booking this place again in the future!

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! This was a great place to stay in Sandbridge! We loved that we had a view of both the beach and the bay. It's an easy quick walk to the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. There is a restaurant right on the premises and another one across the street, plus very close to a public park and the wildlife refuge. Randy and Tracy's place was so well-stocked - they had everything from sponges and soap in the kitchen to tissues and shampoo in the bathroom - it was so nice that we didn't have to go buy any of those items, especially for a short weekend! They also have a great storage closet packed with chairs, beach toys and bikes. The beds were very comfortable and the place itself was very nice and spacious. The hosts were super responsive whenever we had a question. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it if you need a condo in Sandbridge!
