Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ourthe

Very nice place, had everything we needed - very comfortable, lots of light and practical interior - we also appreciated the private parking space (in garage). Location: petrol station, bakery, deli, supermarket and fitness studio close by (walking distance). Driving time from / to the airport: 15 min -- same time to central Brussels. Host: Anne-Cecile has been a very friendly and efficient host -- clear instructions, prompt answers to all of our questions, very helpful suggestions and recommendations. We would be happy to return in the future!

Zeer vriendelijke mensen! Mooi appartement, zwembad en super grote tuin. Mijn jongens konden lekker voetballen. Wij hebben super genoten van het lekkere ontbijt.

Comfortable and spaceous apartment close to the city centre. Rudy was a very friendly host and gave clear instructions far in advance. We enjoyed our stay!

Zéér ruim en proper appartement, voorzien van eigen veilige parkeerplaats. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Je bereikt het appartement via enkele trappen. 2 grote slaapkamers met goede bedden, elk voorzien van een mooie badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken, maar ook voldoende eetgelegenheid in de buurt.

L'appartement de Melissandre est très calme et à proximité de la place Ducale et du festival Cabaret vert. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la chambre très confortable avec son grand lit. un appartement équipé avec goût. je vous le recommande.

Séjour en famille dans ce logement impeccable, très agréable et très bien équipé. On s’y sent bien et au calme, à proximité de tout. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Hyperschoon verblijf, met alles aanwezig wat je wensen kunt. Prachtige tuin en mooie omgeving. Goede communicatie. Tip: Mullerthal, schitterend en met de auto goed bereikbaar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren total begeistert von dem tollen Angebot der Sauna, des Whirlpools und des Schwimmbads. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und super sauber. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a very pleasant stay at Delphine’s place. She is very kind, helpful and friendly. The apartment has a beautiful view with Verviers central station nearby, our son enjoyed it a lot.

The apartment is decorated well; it looks nice and is well stocked, with a comfortable couch and bed. Wifi was great. The location is great as it is one block from the center square with dozens of great restaurants and shops and right next to the cathedral and the fort funicular goes right overhead, just a couple minutes walk to the river for a nice nature trail. A couple of things to note - the apartment can get noisy, as it is in the middle of the social area for all the neighbors. Expect people to be in the front and back of the place 24/7. If you are needing peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's no AC or fans provided so it was very hot on the 80+ degree days. Also, it is pet friendly, but the stairs are definitely too vertical for dogs, so be prepared to carry them from level to level if you bring them along.

Nous avons plus qu’apprécier notre weekend au sein de ce gîte aux airs de chalet de montage. La décoration est magnifique ! Tout est bien pensée et mise à disposition. Ce lieu est le lieu idéal pour des week-ends cocooning !

Het contact met de verhuurder verliep zeer vlot en vriendelijk. Het huis beschikt over uitstekende faciliteiten en alles was voorzien zoals geadverteerd. Het is een mooie woning die perfect geschikt was voor onze vergaderingen.

Top verblijf! Onze eerste trip met de ganse familie en het eerste uitje van onze 1 jarige. Proper en grote woning, met leuke polivalente zolder ruimte. Ook de slaapkamer die in verbinding stond met een andere slaapkamer (via badkamer) was zeer handig voor de baby. Top locatie en goeie tips (zoals markt op enkele KM wandelen) verkregen van Kim. Vlotte ervaring, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Tout était parfait pendant ce séjour pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. L'environnement, les deux maisons, la décoration, les équipements, la propreté, la proximité d'activités diverses, les services de restauration à domicile, tout était très au top. C'était parfait pour notre team building. Certains des participants ont dit qu'ils voulaient revenir avec leur famille très bientôt. C'est vraiment qu'ils ont aimé. Une mention très spéciale pour notre hôte, Sarah qui a été bien au-delà que ce que ses invités seraient en droit d'attendre. Serviabilité, proactivité, gentillesse, accueil, recommandations, etc. Elle mérite largement son titre de "Super Hôte".

Ideale plek om met een vriendengroep een weekend door te brengen. Iedere kamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer, alles was voorzien en zeer proper!
