Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this property will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style, and convenience. Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
