Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Oulu

Tilava asunto isommallekin seurueelle, iso piha, mukavat sängyt. Harri vastasi aina viesteihin ja jopa lainasi autoaan. Kiitos!

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ilkka hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Straße und ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Sauna ist prima, die Betten bequem und das Sofa neu. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ilkka hat uns Langlaufski und Schneeschuhe günstig organisiert und eine Loipe für uns gespurt, die hinter dem Haus losging. Polarlichter haben wir auch 2x gesehen. Alles war super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Kari und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Ausbesserungen sind nötig (zB defekte Küchenschublade) jedoch waren die Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab. Sie haben diese dann auch schnellstmöglich gelöst. Es wäre informativ gewesen, wenn man gewusst hätte, dass der Indoor-Pool nicht beheizt ist. In Finnland vermutlich normal, für uns Deutsche jedoch ungewohnt (besonders im Winter ;-)) Insgesamt empfehle ich die Unterkunft und die netten Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter. Sicher auch im Sommer wunderschön hier!!! PS:Besonders freundlich fand ich, dass wir bei Polarlichtern in unserem Garten proaktiv "rausgeklingelt" wurden-vielen Dank, das war ein tolles Erlebnis...

Aivan yliveto hinta-laatusuhde! Soveltuu hyvin lyhyelle visiitille, kuin myös pidemmänkin reissun tukikohdaksi. Asunto oli siisti ja kodikas, selvästi hiljattain täysin remontoitu. Ehdottomasti jatkoon, aina kun seudulla on majoitukselle tarvetta!

We had a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, and the location was conveniently close to the city center. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. We can definitely recommend this place if you're planning to stay in Oulu.

Stort, fint og rent hus, enkel å finne frem og bra beliggenhet. Rolig omgivelser, selvom naboene er veldig nært. Gode instruksjoner, Sara hadde tænkt på alt. Hadde med voksne, tenåringer og småbarn, alle veldig fornøyd.

Meillä oli ihana Oulu-loma idyllisessä asunnossa josta huokui vanhat ajat, mutta joka oli hyvällä maulla sopivasti päivitetty tähän aikaan. Kiitos Marko erinomaisesta yhteydenpidosta ja kaikesta avusta!

We had a wonderful stay! Sirkku and Seppo were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was amazingly comfortable, beautiful view, big living area, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

A quiet and peaceful retreat from the din of large cities and a truly remarkable host. Looking forward to returning.

Suuret kiitokset Katri! Kaikki sujui todella hyvin. Todella viihtyisä ja lapsiystävällinen paikka sekä vieraanvarainen vastaanotto. Kaunis ympäristö. Ihana kissa ilahdutti koko porukkaa ja meillä oli levollinen viikonloppu!

Lage ist sehr gut zentral! Wohnung gut ausgestattet!

Marita was super nice and made me feel at home. Just what I needed after a long day biking. Had some bike issues the next morning and she was so helpful as I worked to resolve them.

Mukava pieni mökki. Erittäin sopiva 2-hengelle ja koiralle. Jos haluat rauhaa ja itsenäisyyttä, suosittelen. Ulkosauna oli hyvä. Lämminvesi systeemi toimi vain kohtalaisesti eli “kuumaa” vettä ei tullut.

Hauskin ja rennoin Airbnb-majoittumiseni tähän mennessä! Tämä ei ole hiottu ja kiillotettu majapaikka, vaan rosoinen ja rento. Autenttisuudessaan viihtyisä. Talo on varustettu jopa kahdella saunalla. Kokeilin sisällä olevaa sähkösaunaa, ja siitä sai todella kuumat löylyt. Äänentoistolaitteisto oli mainio, ja sai soittaa rauhassa volyymilla kun naapureita ei kuulemma häiritse. Ei taida kuulua naapuriin asti ollenkaan. Jopa karaokelaite oli, mutta sitä en ehtinyt kokeilla. Tarjolla olisi ollut kaikenlaisia kaksi- ja nelipyöräisiä moottoroituja menopelejä sekä vene. Vain lentokone puuttui. Lainasin polkupyörää, ja sillä oli kätevä liikkua kunnes sain sen epäkuntoon. Siitä huolimatta isäntä ei hermostunut, vaan totesi pyörän olleen vanha, niinkuin se olikin. Tämä on tällä seudulla lomailijalle erinomainen majapaikka, johon mahtuu useampikin asumaan!

Danke an die Gastfamilie für die Zeit in ihrem schönen Haus. Es ist wirklich sehr gross und bietet viel Platz. Die Sauna innen und aussen haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastfamilie war zu jeder Zeit perfekt. Wir haben uns hier alle sehr wohl gefühlt und Danke auch für den schön geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum.

Kaikki sujui niinkuin pitikin :) Majoitus oli tosi hyvin varusteltu ja tilaa oli sopivasti 9 henkilölle yhdeksi yöksi. Voin suositella!

This was my second time staying at Sonja’s place. After my first visit in January I couldn’t wait to come back. Since this trip was in May I had the pleasure of experiencing this beautiful spot in two very different seasons. It is a beautiful magical place and I will be back again! Sonja is so kind and helpful.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Jäkälä. Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes Design und die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Mikko`s place was amazing, much more than we expected. I fell in love with the pictures and private location (based on maps analysis) but it was much better than described and the photos, will return!! This was by far the most stocked-up place we have stayed at (linens, kitchen appliances, cuttlery and kitchenware, toiletries, firewood for fireplace etc). All equipment is fairly new and in very good state. You have a panoramic view of the bay, perfect to stay indoors enjoying winter wonderland views and/or working remotely. High-speed internet and smart TV enhanced our evenings by the fireplace. We have also took advantage of the built-in sauna (as part of the house, accessible through the glass patio). Mikko is very kind and friendly, gave lots of suggestions and was forward thinking. He was very welcoming and his cottage made us feel right at home. Easy to communicate, even if sometimes some Google Translate is needed - good luck with learning English, Mikko, you are doing great!
