A cottage in a secluded location on the Iijoki river bank. The cottage is old and in moderate condition, but it is in regular use. The cottage has electricity and potable tap water. The faucet is located on the outside wall of the cottage. The cottage has a modern and odorless dry toilet. The sauna is newer and in good condition. The cottage has a pull-out bed and a sofa bed. The cottage includes the use of the beach, a boat + oars and a campfire place. On the beach further away from the cottage, a couple of other swimmers can visit during the day.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.
