Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for 30€/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts between 6 pm and 10 pm)
