The apartment is located on the large boulevard Allal El Fassi😍, a lively area with everything you need nearby: banks, shops, restaurants, cafe, etc. The residence is quiet despite the liveliness of the area. The stay went very well! The host was great from start to finish: very available, responsive and attentive, he responded to all our requests with great kindness. The apartment is impeccable, clean, pleasant to stay in, and really well located. There are nice cafes right next door, a Carrefour not far for groceries, and we're a short drive to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, it feels good. Frankly, it was a great experience — to be repeated without hesitation, we'll be happy to go back!

We were welcomed by Zak, very kind, very helpful and attentive. The apartment is superb, clean, functional and above all good location. Less than a 10-minute walk from downtown Oujda, there are also all the necessary comforts in the neighborhood within a 5-minute walk. Shopping, putting on fuel, eating at the restaurant, hanout (Food) day and night. The apartment is very beautiful and well decorated, it feels good. We rented for 21 days and no issues during the stay. I highly recommend this rental. 👌

I stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks and it was a very nice experience. The welcoming welcome made me feel right at home. The flat is spacious, light and clean. The quiet area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying my stay. What I also appreciated was the great communication with the host. Always quick, friendly and helpful. I'd like to come back again.
