This is my second visit to this Airbnb. Nice, well-equipped and clean apartment. The location in the center allows you to discover Tetouan on foot: Spanish quarter, medina and royal palace. Right next to the house, Ily 'has a garage 24/7, or you can find a parking space in peace. The host was great and welcoming.

Responsive host, clean place

I was looking for a place where i could stay for a short time while also working remotely. In a city where fast & reliable internet is hard to come by, i was relieved to experience internet speeds in excess of 100mbps in this apartment. The property was clean, fragrant and had everything i needed. All in all, a great stay!

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Oussama is a top host. very friendly and helpful. House is very spacious and clean and equipped with all the comforts. Location of the house is perfect, everything is nearby: beach is within 10 minutes walking distance and in addition various shops and restaurants nearby. All in all, a top house with a perfect location. I will definitely come back here.

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

The accommodation was perfect, there is all you need is a very spacious apartment where you will feel at home! The host is very responsive and reachable, she is adorable! I highly recommend this place, well located 5 minutes from the center by car, a quiet area where you can park the car right in front of the entrance. Thank you so much!

I had a great time in the apartment. It definitely felt like a cozy home. you will find anything needed around the house. Louki, the gate keeper and the neighbours are very friendly und uncomplicated people. if you want some local experience, I totally recommend you this spot!

A great, quirky property very near the medina. Great value; basic, but functional and works well. A great host, who hopped in our car and helped us park right nearby, which is very necessary in this hectic town! Recommended

Staying in Yassin place was the best we did. The place was as describid, small and cozy. What got our attention is the cleanliness, safety and pace of the place. We really enjoyed our stay there. Yassin was very kind with us, he offered us help and told us things to do, he is a great host. I would really stay again on yassins place !

To have a seaside vacation, it's ideal! The apartment is very well located and clean, with the beach 50 meters away and a huge swimming pool in the Vanessa residence is great, she is always smiling available and attentive. I highly recommend
