I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

Perfectly lovely spot for our stay in Chefchaouen. Easy to find thanks to Oussama's instructions, and just a short walk to all the main places in the medina.

I really loved this apartment: we were facing the sea, almost our feet in the sand! The view is exceptional, a real change of scenery, even in the off-season. Ideal for rejuvenating and emptying your mind. I slept every night with the soothing sound of the waves… a real joy. No complaints!

- wonderful house full of unique art pieces - makes you feel like you live in a museum - breathtaking terrace view - not too far away from Medina, legendary cafe Hafa, casbah, and 9 April square - we were always walking - authentic Moroccan breakfast cafes 3 minutes away - last but not least, our host Lina was always in contact, helped to organize airport transfers and was always there if we had any questions - such a lovely person! Do we want to stay there again - absolutely!

I had a great time in the apartment. It definitely felt like a cozy home. you will find anything needed around the house. Louki, the gate keeper and the neighbours are very friendly und uncomplicated people. if you want some local experience, I totally recommend you this spot!

Sarah was really easy to work with, very responsive. We were missing a towel and she had a brand new one brought up right away. The place is spacious, conveniently located, great parking and walking distance to the beach. We could sit on the veranda and see the waves. The one thing that needed attention were the shower enclosures which allowed water outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. She has said that they are scheduled to be replaced. So this should not be a future problem. Highly recommend the place.
