Great little apartment in the centre of Utrecht. Everything you could need are within walking distance including the train station.

We had a nice stay at Kris's place! Everything matched the description, and communication with him when needed is facilitated by the presence of a landline phone in the accommodation, directly linked to his. The nearby tram (-10 min walk) is also a great advantage for visiting Utrecht. I'm just wondering about the need to fill out the form upon arrival. In any case it is a good accommodation at a great price!

What a fun place to stay! The art around the apartment gave the space so much character! My family stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed Every minute. Great location too! As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps, but that didn’t bother us a bit.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Amsterdam! The location is unbeatable—right in the city centre, allowing us to reach many attractions on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, which made our stay especially pleasant. We would stay here again anytime and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in a very nice apartment, well located in the center of Dordrecht, Esther and Andreas are great hosts, friendly, attentive and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in Utrecht. The apartment is great, in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the garden. We traveled a lot by bicycle, combining art, culture and nature. The train station is also very close and the beautiful Maxima Park is right outside the front door. What else could you ask for? Many thanks to Petra

I can't stress how comfortable this loft is. It's aesthetically very pleasing. The living room, the kitchen and balcony is very well designed and utilized as a space. Large windows, and great lighting. Here's a list of pros and cons. Pros: * Aesthetically pleasing * Superb lighting with a lot of control * Great sound system all over the house (sonos) * Large comfortable coach * Functional kitchen with a great coffee machine * Large balcony with ambient lighting * Full functional bathroom with an a nice shower * Large plants * Thomas is very flexible, friendly and communicative Cons: * The only con, the bed room is tight and requires stairs to reach That said, I would always stay in Thomas's loft when I visit Utrecht!

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Beautiful views of the canal facing the west, which made for some great sunsets!! We loved relaxing on the couch with the windows open enjoying the breeze after a long day walking around Amsterdam. Great location, very walkable and easily accessed by the tram from the central station. Veronika is a gracious host and communicated very promptly. The traditional Dutch stairs are steep and I was happy she had given a heads up as I packed in a backpack instead of my usual rolling bag.

If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Very nice accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Our son was fascinated by the chicken coop and the potbelly pig that came to visit us outside for breakfast. The owner is very nice and gave us tips about the accommodation and the process. Our highlight was the view from the bedroom to the field and the outdoor hot tub. The apartment is very clean, stylish and tastefully furnished, everything was there. The location is great, very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby accessible by car. We are very satisfied and would be happy to recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

This place is great and beautiful. the gardens are amazing.

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again
