Especially concerning parking you should follows their advise and book your parking Spot in advance to save a lot of Money:) Stairs to The Appartment are narrow ans steep. Think about it, when your Dog is Not good in climbing stairs. The rooftop terrace ist a supernice extra Feature. Thank you for everything

This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

There is no way to top the location of this apartment. Walking distance to the beach, the Strand and the many restaurants on Keizerstraat.

Hilde's house matches the pictures, it is very nicely located in a holiday resort close to the beach. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need for the holidays. Communication with Hilde is flawless and very friendly and pleasant!

For us, it was the right choice of accommodation. We expected a very nice, well-kept and quietly located house with everything your heart desires, from sun loungers in the garden to a bulging closet filled with board games. It blends in well with the surroundings and offers connections to explore the beautiful nature of Noordwijk and the beach. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend it!

We felt comfortable right from the start. The tiny house is very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need but no unnecessary junk. Good kitchen equipment. Easy check-in and check-out with key box.

We spent a very nice and easy week at Irna’s place. Our little boys just loved it, and had the best time playing in the garden or jumping on the trampolin. The location is amazing, everything is reachable within a 10 minutes walk : the beach and the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. Whenever we had a « problem », Irna and her husband kindly helped. We would love to come back.

With our young family with a little girl of 9 months, we had a very nice stay with Mirjam and Rolf. We recommend it to anyone who wants to get a breath of fresh air in the cozy beautiful Noordwijk. What we especially remember is the pleasant communication, plus that we were proactively involved in all possible areas. Together with the fact that the cottage and the location is top, that made a trip not to be forgotten soon. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house 13 over the New Year's Eve days. The house was nice and quiet, the street was only slightly heard. We had a beautiful view from the large windows, in the morning grazing sheep in front, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed, as well as the bedding very cozy. And also the bathroom was great, the shower large and modern. Despite cold days, we enjoyed the holiday in the house, as well as outside on the beach and in the beautiful small villages. We will be back.

Cottage was well-maintained, everything you need is present. The garden is really great, lots of places to sit and although you are in a park, completely private. The garden is completely enclosed which was very nice for the dog. At the park, there is a natural swimming pool, a sauna, a restaurant, and in the area, there is plenty to do, from beach walks to visiting nice places. Monique is a thoughtful and easily accessible host.

We had a wonderful time with our young family in the house. Very nice spacious backyard with plenty of things to play with for the kids. Beautiful beach within walking distance, Middelburg 20 mins drive. House was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean house almost directly on the dunes (2 -3 min. by bike). There is everything you need. The well-stocked shed behind the house has received a special plus. Many bicycles in different sizes, scooters, carts, and sand toys which turned my 12-year-old teenager back into a small child and built castles on the beach. 😁 Then, of course, the trampoline, which was also used well and gladly. It was a wonderful weekend and we'd love to come back. The tranquility has done us very well. Many thanks to Ursula for the quick feedback and the short-term break.

We used the accommodation with 9 people and were super satisfied. The house offers plenty of space and the large garden with the heated pool, in a quiet location, we have very much enjoyed. The beach is within walking distance.

After initial difficulties getting to the house, we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was super clean, everything was more than sufficient and the overall package was right. We felt right at home and would come back any time.

We first booked an Airbnb and were super satisfied. The apartment was beautifully decorated, so you felt right at home. Ruth and her husband were both very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a small paradise 10 minutes from the sea and a really pretty interior, you should book the vacation home. Ruth's restaurant tips were also great. Warm memory of this lovely place. Diana and Menno are wonderful sweet hostess and host. What they have built on this former farm is really very special, such a nice atmosphere. With their sweet, fun kids and all the animals. A little paradise, really a place to return to!!!

We felt very comfortable in Carina's apartment. The kitchen is high-quality and extensively equipped, so that nothing was left to be desired. There are also various games for all ages. We particularly liked the immediate proximity to the beach, the garden and the playground in front of the door. If you have any questions, Carina always got back to you promptly and was able to help! Hopefully we'll be back sometime… Thank you!

Very nice house, we spent three great days there. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, so we could not really use the beautiful garden. Otherwise, the house is very nice & supermarkets, beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly hosts & uncomplicated check-in. Highly recommend this place.

We had a very nice stopover with friends for a few days at William and Marlies'! The availability of bicycles is very convenient to get around without problems! The decor is well chosen and the comfort of the jacuzzi (hottub) is really appreciated! A great experience 👍

Tulipa was such a gorgeous place to stay. It is beautifully finished and very comfortable. We stayed on a family holiday with three generations and ten total people - and everyone was perfectly accommodated for. The en-suites are high end, the beds are very comfortable and the open space upstairs is lovely. There’s lots of free on-street parking, and it’s a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed it very much all around. A great little house with everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Short bike rides to the beach. We had a great week and would be happy to come back.

The location of the place is excellent! We walked a lot in the dunes, on the beach or to Westkapelle for dinner. The house is super clean and very neat, we loved it. As a recommendation we would suggest to place a more spacious and comfortable sofa to add to the laid back atmosphere of the place but it didn’t bother us at all. We slept well, very quiet place. The kitchen is well equipped with everything and the garden is a beautiful place to relax. Bas reacted very quickly to our what’s app messages.
