Im Souterrain unseres gepflegten Doppelhauses in Ottobrunn vermieten wir ein separates Apartment mit einem Wohn/Schlafraum (Bett 140x200), einem weiteren Raum mit Kochgelegenheit und Ess/Arbeitstisch sowie einem privatem Duschbad. Alle Räume haben ein Fenster, sodass viel Tageslicht hinein- und kein "Kellergefühl" aufkommt. Nespressomaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Internet DSL/WLAN, Fernseher (Kabel Deutschland)vorhanden; Bettwäsche, Handtücher werden gestellt, Mitbenutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Unser modernes Haus liegt in grüner, sehr guter Wohnlage - die Zufahrt zur Autobahn Salzburg und Nürnberg ist zwar ganz in der Nähe, aber nicht hörbar! Mit dem PKW benötigt man 20 min bis in die Innenstadt. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Phönix-Erlebnisbad mit Saunalandschaft, Tennisplätze, Eislaufstadion sind zu Fuß erreichbar - bis zum Golfplatz Brunnthal sind es 10 min Fahrtzeit, die Bushaltestelle zur S-Bahn Ottobrunn oder U-Bahn Neuperlach-Süd ist in 5 min Gehzeit erreichbar, Parken vorm Haus kein Problem. Wir kennen uns in München und Umgebung bestens aus, geben gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen (Kultur, Restaurants, Biergärten, Events, Ausflüge, Shopping etc.) und bemühen uns bei auftretenden Problemen um rasche Lösungen. Wir sprechen auch Englisch und freuen uns auf nette Gäste!

Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

The house is situated in a quiet location. A sports complex with swimming pool and sauna is a 5-minute walk away. Close to grocery stores. The city center of Munich is about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to the S-Bahn not far from the house. The S 7 goes to Munich Central Station in the center without changing trains.
