The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Apartment consists of a small kitchen, toilet and shower room and a living room with a sofa bed. Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included
