This cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat, where every detail is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. We had an unforgettable family experience, enjoying the serene beauty of the lake right from the private dock. The hot tub provided a soothing escape, and evenings by the fire pit, complete with provided firewood, created cherished memories.​ As a delightful courtesy, we were able to prepare delicious waffles for breakfast, adding a special touch to our mornings. Thank you for the coffee, softdrinks and snacks also. I highly recommend this place; the host is always attentive and ready to assist with anything you might need. It's an exceptional spot for a peaceful and memorable getaway.​

The views were beautiful and the location was perfect! Right by the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place is fantastic. It was wonderful getting a front row seat to the waves from right in the living room. We loved walking out just the couple of steps to the beach and hunting for sea glass and agate. Had fun playing a bit of tennis right across the street from the house. Beds were super comfy and cozy. Bit far from stores, but it was really nice being somewhat away from civilization in such a peaceful area. This stay was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. We would love to come back one day!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay with Lynna and Dennis. The cottage was just as described, just steps from the waterfront and we enjoyed the private beaches and daily kayaking excursions from the dock. What a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing spot. My only regret is that we could not stay longer.... but we will, next time. Lynna provided very helpful instructions ahead of time about the ferry and reservations. The cottages are both charming and fully-equipped, very clean and everything was as-written. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, both in Westsound (a few) and more options in Eastsound and beyond. I'd highly recommend, and we're already planning our next trip back.

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

We loved our stay at Willow Cottage. The house was cozy and warm, the location was fantastic and Jennifer was incredibly friendly. Our family of four visited in late December and had a wonderful time reading by the fire, watching movies, hiking Turtleback Mountain, cooking and doing all the fun local activities. It was also a great place for our dog. We wondered whether the wifi would be strong enough to watch movies, but aside from a little pixelation, it was totally fine. We'd return in a heartbeat!

This won’t be surprising because it’s been said in every review. This place is amazing. To have an acre and a half of private, oceanfront property is rare. We loved everything. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine listening to the waves come in was sublime. Corinne is for sure the quickest, friendliest, most generous host I’ve encountered through Airbnb. Bathrooms had great water pressure. When we had a little downtime, the TV was big and fantastic. The hikes around the area are just top notch. What people haven’t mentioned though is Corinne doesn’t have a lengthy ‘clean to do list’ for when you leave. I also think people are walking away from Airbnb’s due to price gouging. This place is crazy reasonable and I will come again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Wonderful place for a getaway! This is a beautiful property with a stunning view of the water. We enjoyed that it was about about 30 minutes from Bellingham which has so many fantastic restaurants. It was very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the host! We would definitely return here.

We had a really great time at this very comfortable townhouse! Derek was a very responsive host and was incredibly accommodating of us traveling with a baby. Would definitely stay here again!

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Place is stunning and the view is the best. I think of the properties I’ve stayed in this unit was the best appointed meaning just filled with tasteful stuff you may need to enjoy the place and surroundings. Also, Margaret clearly knows how to design. You won’t be disappointed - you’ll feel they’ve outdone themselves. Stay here.

We really enjoyed our month long stay with our infant and toddler. The place was very clean and comfortable with lots of storage space for all our things for such a long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family. Lots to do for families in the surrounding area and we loved going down to the beach. You have to walk to a different resort beach access to use the stroller but that was no problem as it was quite close. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Our only regert was not booking long enough. The kids enjoyed the walking path and the pool and outdoor hot tub. We played a few games of pool as well, that was a big hit for our boys. We would definitely book again, next time for a longer period.

This condo was amazing! Perfect view of the water and a nice resort with plenty of activities around, pool and hot tub is awesome!

Great stay and highly recommend! A very unique location and so much to do on the property. We especially enjoyed being so close to the water, the pool, hot tub, and comradery with the other guests on the property. Overall, a 5 start experience and my wife and I hope to be back soon!

My friends and I had the most amazing weekend celebrating my birthday. This property was absolutely stunning. The house was soo amazing, everything you could want and more. Will definitely be back!!

Overall we had a great time staying in Departure Bay at Peter’s house. He kindly left water bottles for us. There were fans in every room which was very thoughtful as it was pretty warm during our stay.

What a fantastic place! From the view to the hot tub to the really great and well stocked space, we had an amazing stay here with everything that we needed. Even some toys for my toddler! This is a real gem and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I could spend days sitting in the sun room or on the deck watching the wildlife and the view. We will definitely be back! Beautiful quiet home. Big sunny deck lots of chairs and space for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the bbq. Private beach access. Modern clean cabin. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

I've hardly ever written a review for a rental, but I'm writing one for this house because it was really wonderful. We received nice, clear instructions on how to find the house plenty ahead of time. The house was perfectly clean, and all the furniture and kitchen items were in very good condition. The porch is very large and has a wonderful view, and one is right on the water on a perfect little pebble beach. We also liked the more general location very much; in particular the house is about 1.5 miles from the English Camp Park, which was very nice for a run.

Rachel was very friendly and responsive from signup to checkout; that makes such a difference to me; I appreciated the ease, clarity, and friendliness in her communication. Her location was absolutely beautiful - the view is stunning - the quiet was restorative. Rachel's guest suite is light-filled, clean, and welcoming. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious; we had everything we needed. The suite and the neighborhood felt very private and safe. The location is close to the village and there are so many trails and beaches nearby. It is an ideal place for one or two people to stay and there is a lot to see and explore. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here and wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Rachel's while on Gabriola.

Our Family stayed In Deborah’s beautiful home for the weekend. It was a great place to reconnect and hang out. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We hope that we will be able to come and stay again.

Crystal’s beach house was fabulous. The location right on the ocean delivered amazing views and the sound of waves. The property is modern and very tastefully decorated offering everything you could imagine for comfort and convenience. The map of the waterways and islands was so helpful. I would highly recommend this property to those looking for an oceanfront get away where you feel fine just staying in or venturing out to explore the area. We loved our stay!
