I really had a good time staying here. The location is close to Kyoto Station, so it’s convenient for visiting Mt Inari, Nara, Uji, and Osaka. Several bus stops nearby also made it easy to reach local attractions I wanted to visit, such as Nishiki Market (a must-visit) and the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Two convenience stores are nearby as well: Family Mart (the closest) and 7-Eleven. The room has a washing machine, which was very helpful since I always worked up a sweat after a day of walking. It also includes a fridge and an air conditioner. The bathroom and toilet are both very good. I highly recommend this place when visiting Kyoto.

또 오게된다면 무조건 여기잡을 거에요. 다른지역의 숙소도 이정도의 퀄리티였으면 좋겠다 싶을정도로 대만족이네요. 이 다음엔 교토로 여행가려하는데 숙소를 다시 여기로 잡아야 하나 심각하게 고민되네요..

소음이 심하다고 하나 전혀 불편하지 않은 정도였고 호스트의 응답이 매번 빨라 모든 상황에 대처할수있습니다. 덕분에 좋은 숙박을 하고갑니다!

Very comfortable, well located accommodation. Only a few minutes walk to train line and bus stops so catching public transport to different areas of Kyoto. Within walking distance to Nishiki market and great shops. Clear instructions for easy check-in and check out. Great to have access to a washing machine.

Muneo-san exceeded our expectations of a host and we were extremely pleased with our time spent here in Osaka. The location has abundant food and drinks options within walking distance, plenty of convenient stores, easy access to public transit (and therefore, Dotonbori), and is incredibly close to Osaka Castle. The space itself was perfect for rest after enjoying the city as it was spacious, spotless, and outfitted with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. We loved our time here and without a doubt, would come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Osaka!

Taketo was very helpful and friendly! We have explored the near locations and shrines that Taketo recommended. Everything was smooth and we had a nice time in Kyoto!

We stayed in Naoyuki's property for 4 days and loved the stay. The room with 4 futons was amazing and very traditional with Japanese decors. The proximity to the bus stop and tram/train station was extremely convenient in terms of transportation. The stay was as warm and cozy as Kyoto.

Soochan is such a great host! She helped us with so many details that were confusing to us being in a foreign country. She helped us find transportation and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location for what we needed.

Fumika-san is a great host! Very understanding, calm and kind, responds quickly, went to meet and greet us at the bus stop, which was very considerate. Highly recommend the place to anyone! Clean, spacious, a traditional experience with tatami and futon❤️ all the amenities are available, we loved everything!🌸🌸🌸🌸

Eine, wenn nicht sogar die beste Unterkunft in der ich war. Sehr schönes Ambiente und mehr als genug Platz (wir waren zu dritt) Alles nötige wir Geschäfte oder Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Gegend bietet viele schöne Plätze zum spazieren. Am Abreisetag hatten wir uns zeitlich mit unserem Zug verschätzt und das Hotelpersonal war mehr als bemüht uns dabei zu unterstützen noch schnell ein Taxi zu bekommen um an den Bahnhof zu gelangen. ohne diese Unterstützung wäre uns viel Geld verloren gegangen. Hierfür nochmal vielen vielen Dank.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional Japanese-style home in Kyoto. The house perfectly blended old and new, with charming touches like tatami mats and modern comforts. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was ideal — just a 5-minute walk to Nijo subway station and within 10 minutes of Nijo Castle, one of Kyoto’s main attractions. Our host, Hori-san, was incredibly welcoming and shared great local tips that enriched our trip. She also gave us a warm tour of the house, helping us feel right at home. We highly recommend the ‘Memory Kyoto Bike Tour,’ which starts just five minutes away. We’re so glad we chose this place and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and comfortable stay in Kyoto.

Thank you, Miyuki for hosting us at your beautiful home. I would give it a 6 stars if they have one. Miyuki is an exceptionally kind, responsive , obliging and understanding host. We felt just like we are at home as the place is clean , orderly, quiet and peaceful. We love the voluntary refill bath tub which helps sooth our tired feet at the end of the day. The kitchen is well equiped and we are able to make most of our meals ourselves (being vegan it helps). You can get buses and train easily. the place is close to shopping mart. We would love to come back again if we visit Kyoto.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

This was an amazing place to stay. Pretty centrally located for exploring Kyoto. Apartment is large with a great view of the city. There is a bar and rooftop in the building. The noise was noticeable at night but did not affect our sleep. Bring earplugs just in case. I would definitely stay here again.

Aoi was an amazing host and was very responsive! The place felt very cozy and was in the heart of Osaka. It was very convenient to get to other destinations and the place overall was very nice to stay at!

Number 6 was a great place to stay in Kyoto! Excellent location near public transit and blocks from Nijo Castle, shopping streets and safe and quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable. Recommended!
