The building, furniture, and appliances are all new and beautiful. It is a 3LDK. This house is perfect for families or multiple groups. It can accommodate up to 9 people. The accommodation is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is well located, 5 minutes on foot from Yamagoe Station on the Tozai Subway Line and 8 minutes on foot from JR Yamagoe Station, with good security. JR Yamashiro Station is one stop (5 minutes) from JR Kyoto Station. This area is home to many people, so there are many supermarkets, 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants, and bars, so you'll have no trouble finding things while traveling. The house is in a residential neighborhood, so it's very quiet at night, so you can enjoy a stay and experience as if you were living in Japan. You can access all of Kyoto's tourist attractions by public transportation such as trains and buses from the nearest station, JR Yamko Station and Yamko Subway Station. Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home.
