Kei & Ritsuko’s place was very comfortable, clean and close to both bus and subway stations. It was also walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and Fushimi Inari. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. A little traffic noise if you are not used to it.

Kako san was a very nice host! The home was lovely and had everything we needed. Our family of four was very thankful for a place that could easily sleep all of us. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a few delightful pastry shops within walking distance. I’m glad we stayed here!

Great location and comfortable amenities. Host was very responsive to any questions I had about check in. Just a note that the homes around here have little sound insulation. Not really a problem because other surrounding guests were quiet and respectful.

This place was just perfect! The surroundings, the tranquility, the traditional neighborhood made it all so worth it. It is within walking distance to Gion District and its surroundings. We just walked around and ended up in key sites without even trying. We visited with our 3 children - ages 15, 12, and 8 and it was spacious enough for all of us. The stairs seem a bit steep but they were not a problem at all. Overall, the best part was always feeling tranquility as we arrived or left the home. We also really appreciate the check-in flexibility.

Finding the place was ok I passed the road at first, there is a huge parking driveway but narrow roads to get to the home. I rented a 7 passenger van and was able to drive to the house with a spotter. Once we got there it was super easy to get in. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. There were bikes we were able to use and a baby stroller. There is a laundry machine with soap provided. The bathrooms had amenities. There were plenty of dishes. There is a button on the wall to turn on the hot water. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor and 2nd. Overall this was a super great experience especially for the price!

Our family of 7 had a truly wonderful stay at Kimi’s place in Kyoto. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. Kimi and his wife were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even surprised us with gifts, which made our stay even more special. When we accidentally left an item behind, Kimi graciously arranged to have it delivered to us, showing such care and hospitality. Throughout our stay, communication was easy, warm, and helpful. Our group of 8 stayed at this Air BnB during our three night stay in Kyoto. This place has two floors and the top and bottom floor are copies of each other. I really liked that each floor had their own washer/dryer, fridges and bathrooms. The area has a lot of good restaurants and it is fairly close to Nishkiki market along with other attractions. The Air BnB comes with a booklet of recommendations for restaurants and clear instructions on the home;

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kyoto. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit.
