Clean and nice room like in the description. Good location a bit outside of the city center. Very nice and helpful hostess. Price and quality is ok. I can recommend it.

Oliver's apartment has to be one of the best Price vs. Quality locations you can ever find. Me and my family of three had a relaxing time in the charming mediterranean city of Pula. The apartment is excellently positioned between the old city in the northeast and beaches in the southwest. Oliver is a great host and makes sure, that you feel like home instantly. The apartment is spacy, new, cosy and exceptionally well equipped - something that you rarely find even in much more costly locations and something that was a unexpected bonus and gets a sixth star from me. All in all, i highly recommend it and i would return to Oliver's place if i visit Pula again.

Perfect place to work from for a couple of months! Really nice apartment, nicely deocorated and comes with everything you need for a long-stay. The hosts are really helpful and responsive to requests. 10/10 :)

We had a very nice 10-day stay. The apartment was as described and is located in a quiet residential area. The arena is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Bakers and supermarkets are nearby (about 5 minutes). Loredana was always available, is super nice and came by personally when we had a problem and fixed it. We also received tips for the area from her. The mattresses and pillows were a little too firm for our taste. A kettle, ironing board & iron, clothes rack and washing powder are provided. The town of Rovinj is accessible in about 45 minutes by car. We would book with Loredana again 😊 clear recommendation!
