There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Oakwood is a family-friendly retreat in the Mid Wales countryside, perfect for quality time together. We accept bookings for up to two adults and one or two children (under 18), and do not accommodate adult-only groups. Local pubs, shops, and restaurants are within 1.5 miles, making it an ideal base to explore the area.

The Church is a charming converted Victorian church situated in a peaceful setting in the friendly town of Oswestry. The three-bedroom property retains many beautiful features with vaulted ceiling and rustic oak beams. The contemporary decor in the lounge offers a cosy place to enjoy the spectacular country views, with custom made arched windows and an open plan kitchen. We have under-floor heating, a stone bath and Egyptian Cotton Bedding.

Amazing waterfall 1/2 hour Lovely sunsets. Gas bbq and a gas hob. Solar power for phone charging etc. Basic compost toilet. Rustic shower. (no towels) Please bring your own drinking water, towels and firewood. Think of it as glorified camping....

Due to the current situation l am happy to consider longer stays for workers and will offer discounts so please enquire. A unique lovingly renovated hideaway, very convenient for anyone visiting the town of Oswestry. Three minutes walk to the park, the ancient Church and Heritage Centre. The town has many restaurants, pubs and cafes, galleries and other attractions.
