Your whole family will have a relaxing time at this peaceful place to stay, which also features a large kitchen and a large bathroom! There is a bistro and pub on the ground floor of the building, and outside there is a barbecue area that is fully equipped for guests to grill and host their own event! Near the building, there are restaurants and stores like Kaufland and Tesco, and there's also a sauna! Guests can ride their bikes in the mountains or on trails! Next to the building, there's a sports field and an ice rink for skating and playing hockey!

In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. The duplex apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

We are located 21 km (24 min by car) from Klínovec, 13 km (15 min by car) from the Jáchymov - Klínovec cable car, 11 km (10 min by car) from Karlovy Vary and 15 km from the Plešivec ski resort.

Apartments K Lanovce - Bella

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with private parking spaces were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen facilities. The Bella apartment is the larger of the two apartments, suitable for 2 couples or a family of four. The apartment can be connected internally with the Ela apartment. In a separate and lockable cubicle, you can store your bikes, skis or equipment that you do not want to keep during your stay in the apartment.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Dear guests, welcome in small roof apartment in Krusne hory near Carlsbad. The location is perfect for active vacation or for visiting the spa cities around. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living room. Towels and the sheets are available. Outside area with furniture. Upon request garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
