We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!

I recommend it to everyone going to the Rudawy on the Czech and German sides. Within 100 m there is a grocery store, restaurant, 5 minutes to the bus stop to Karlovy Vary and to the Czech-German border. The ski lift to Klinovec is about 2 km away, great hiking areas, sports, especially for lovers of downhill biking, skiing. The property has a bicycle storage room and a car parking lot. We stayed for one night in Ludek's luxurious apartment. Everything is as shown in the pictures and kept very generous. Also the view is very luxurious, the location more than super! We were also able to book a suitable car parking space. We didn't meet Ludek himself, unfortunately his friend didn't speak English or German. Thanks to a spoken app, it was still smooth and uncomplicated. I can only recommend it.
