Monthly Rentals in Ostia

It was so nice to be met by the host’s wife. The apartment was a block from the beach. Very quiet(off season). Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by. 2 grocery stores were about 20 minute walk. The vintage 1930’s decor-shuttered windows and tile floors were beautiful. We stayed here 3 nights before a cruise. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection is not this way but feeling at ease like at home and this from the beginning is more than important. In addition, the neighborhood is very friendly, ultra easy access to the beach, access to travel... two steps from the house. Restaurants, shops, various grocery stores, taxis... everything is within easy reach. Pleasant terrace, in short... it feels like home and if a question arises, Marco will answer you and sometimes he will even have a good idea for a suggestion such as an excellent local bakery.

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!

This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.
