The house is very quiet (residual farm) at the end of a dead end road, surrounded by fields, small nature reserve, near the forest, 10 minutes by car to the beautiful natural beach. The house is simply equipped. Wood central heating (all rooms can be heated, no night storage). In the winter, it is an advantage to be familiar with stove heating. We live with our three children (13, 9 and 6 years old) in the house next door and are happy to be responsive; you can also retreat to your garden area, depending on your mood.

Our beach-close apartment "Saal" impresses with its classic elegance, in the original half-timbered farmhouse of the lovingly restored Gertrudenhof. From the courtyard entrance you enter the garden of the apartment through a wooden gate. The natural stone path leads directly to the entrance of the 99 square meter spacious apartment on 2 floors. The seating area with grill and dining area for up to 6 people is sunny and sheltered from the wind and there are comfortable sun loungers in the well-fenced garden.

The Baltic Sea is only 7 km away – ideal for trips to the beach. Those who prefer it quieter can enjoy the silence and retreat in the house or garden. The thatched cottage, built in the middle of the 19th century, it was owned by the Duke of Oldenburg until 25 years ago and is located on the edge of the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park on an idyllic property, surrounded by forest and a meadow. Neighbors are neither heard nor seen. The eastern boundary of the garden is bordered by a babbling brook. A play paradise for children.
