In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Here you can enjoy both an active holiday or rest and recreation. This cottage is located in a nice environment on northern Gräsö. Here you have 2 km to nice swimming cliffs and 1 km to fishing port with swimming jetty. Around the Knot, you will find nature trails for hiking, biking or running. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers stunning cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also conducive for fishing. Bedlinen and towels/bath towels are included. The cottage is about 50 meters from the landlord's residence.

Björnäs is located on Söderön in the middle between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5 km and you will come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy little swimming area. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel court. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed as well as toilet/shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room and a bedroom.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Manor with a nice Inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 1600s Manor.
