Francesco's annex is a great base to tour part of Umbria as I did (from Norcia to Perugia without major problems). The clubs are not too large but inside there is room for everything, the area around is really very quiet and with a view that is not elsewhere. Francesco was an available host who welcomed us at check-in and provided us with all the necessary information even before the day of arrival. I highly recommend spending a few days here if you plan to take a vacation in Umbria

Apartment in a central location to easily reach the main tourist destinations we wanted to visit by car. Mr. Ilario was super nice and helpful. We were looking for nature and tranquility and we found them. Great experience.

I found Villa Costanzi by chance and I really liked it looking at the pictures. The house is located on the edge of a small town and resembles a rural house. The external and internal walls are made of stone in the style of the houses in the area. The furniture in the bedroom and kitchen are original from the early 1900s, they are in excellent condition and go very well with the modern building materials that were used for the restoration of the house. So I can say that if it were my house, I would like it to be similar to it.

We found what we were expecting.... atmosphere of the Umbrian hills and places of interest easily accessible. Spacious house ideal for a family with 3 children. Welcoming owners. Thank you
