Linda personally welcomed us and explained everything. She is very kind and communicative. The place is nice and quiet, it's not far to downtown. The living room is very spacious and has a nice ambiance. The two separate bedrooms were very helpful for us. Everything was clean and also functional. Our stay was really pleasant and relaxed. We stayed at Steffen's for the second time now... again only a short stay... but enjoyed it very much again. Top location by the forest and yet only a stone's throw to the next village. The apartment is very cozy and extensively equipped. Beautiful terrace (which we unfortunately did not use). Communication with Steffen is impeccable, fast and always helpful. Thanks a lot!

Such a great experience if you like animals. A peaceful old farmhouse in a nice small town. Sally the dog is super friendly to everyone, both humans and animals. Our kids loved holding the two week old chickens and feeding our food scraps to the pigs. Regina is very friendly and helpful.

We were guests for a weekend. Alan was super friendly and briefly instructed us in everything. Everything was prepared. From the bed to the fireplace and sauna wood. The lodge was even preheated at our request. Communication with the hosts was possible at any time, and short and understandable. Really great. The lodge itself is a little gem where you can feel comfortable and you can't help but relax. Even though we were here in January, the property is very nice and usable. The outside temperatures were not a problem, as the fireplace did a good job, and the bathroom was well insulated and heated. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely stop by again.

We spent our New Year's Eve with Janina and Damian at the Oehlshof, a fantastically beautiful farm. Looking for a New Year's Eve without fireworks and noise, we found what we were looking for with the two of them and were simply able to enjoy it. The distance to the highway is sufficient to not find it annoying. The two are very warm hosts. The animals (horses, dogs and cats) also appealed not only to our daughter. The property is furnished with a lot of love for detail and combines modern and classic English country house style. We will be happy to come back and look forward to seeing you again.

There were two of us over New Year's Eve to avoid the noise in the city. The cottage invites you to a romantic short trip, looks exactly like in the photos. Can also be reached by train & bus. We were able to spend a nice week. Shopping in the neighboring village by car a few minutes away, a bus also runs and maybe a half hour walk. Peter & Elke welcomed us and had a nice chat with us. The little Aussie Rasselbande has always received petting sessions. The area invites you to hike, even if we had a bit of bad luck with the weather and have not yet been able to explore everything. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful extended weekend in the great cabin. Big pluses for the hot tub, the cozy bed, and the opportunity to feed and watch the Kois really come down. Meinersen and his residents are also very delightful, we felt very comfortable all around and would be happy to come back ❤️ p.s. the TV is much bigger than in the current photo ;)

Highly recommended. We felt super comfortable in the group we were with. Everything you needed was available. Kitchen was/is fully equipped to cook any dishes. Also, the fact that a vacuum cleaner is available is great, so you can quickly vacuum. With so many people, it sometimes gets a little dirty. Beds are comfortable and especially the hot tub and sauna are the highlight! Highly recommend. Also, the communication was super relaxed and fast

Super Airbnb! You have everything you need. Modern bathroom, open kitchen, washing machine, iron and co. Perfect if you stay a few days longer! The Airbnb is modernly designed, the highlight is the indirect LED lighting on the ceiling and the private terraces/garden area. we were 6 adults there, all could sleep secluded (couch, two mattresses in the "children's room", large bed in the "parent room"). The apartment was really big and we had plenty of space for 6 people. In the living room is a very large couch and a large TV where we could watch movies. Even in winter you can have a nice walk in the area. The pool was about 18 degrees with us. The sauna was great and we smell it on our own. We arrived with a wheelchair and everything worked out great. Jennifer is really very very nice and made sure we have everything we need

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!
