Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser, tæt på natur og under 3 km til strand. Der er privat parkering m ladestik mulighed. Unik tagterrasse med en skøn udsigt, terrasse foran og bagved, fuldt udstyret spisekøkken. Opholdsområde med TV og sofa til 3 pers. Der er tre soveværelser (to dobbeltsenge 140x200 og en 80x200) samt to badeværelser med brus og wc.

Vi udlejer en del af vores villalejlighed i dobbelthus på en stille villavej på Østerbro. Der er 10 min. gang til en S-togsstation, 2 min til busstop, og du har adgang til en del af vores have med lille terrasse. Lejligheden består af stort køkken og stue i et plan, lille soveværelse og soveplads i kælderrum. Badeværelse op ad trappe med brusebad, karbad og toilet. Der er privat indgang og gratis parkering. Indkøbsmuligheder er 100 m væk, og med S-tog er der 8 min til centrum af København.

Boathouse, 15 min from CPH C

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig med masser af plads til sjov og ballade. Lovely Boathouse 15-20 min bike ride from central Copenhagen. The house is located on the seafront in Copenhagen S, with a lovely terrace on the sea. It’s really easy to bike around and there’s good public transportation. Lovely light space, located in quite an area. Expect a rustic and cosy home, not a hotel. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. My son max runs the Airbnb for me.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Nice and newly renovated basement of a villa with private entrance. Located close to a Flintholm Metro station. Bedroom with closet, dresser and a small table. New kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. Private bathroom and toilet with access to washer and dryer. The area includes bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Huset er ældre og fuld af charme, med en skøn have med flere opholdssteder. Indretningen er personlig, farverig og kreativ med flere hjemmelavede brugsgenstande.
