Candelaria was always very responsive and quick to respond to messages. The house is otherwise comfortable and has everything you need to live it very well ! The place is relaxing and the house is located with a dream landscape. We were 10 adults and we all live perfectly comfortable.

There were 7 of us and a one-year-old baby, and we were super comfortable. There was plenty of space. Each room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and we took advantage of every corner of the house. Super comfortable beds and galleries both in front and in the back to enjoy the sun at all times of the day. Always attentive to the questions we had, they never took long to respond and were always ready to help. We had a very nice time. We'll definitely be back!

Diana's area and apartment are beautiful. The first thing to note is that it is a few meters from the entrance to the beach, the block is quiet and you feel very safe everywhere, the apartment is impeccable, 10 points for cleanliness, clean sheets, impeccable bathroom, it is the 2nd time that I have chosen Diana's apartment and it will be my fixed option for the next time I can go to Valeria del Mar. This is the second time we've stayed at the accommodation. The apartment is new, fully equipped. Super clean and functional. The pools are beautiful and 50 meters away you have the divine and huge beach. It has everything you need, even when we tore a piece of clothing, there was a sewing kit! Hugo Javier is very friendly, he is the ideal host. We'll be back!

The apartment is very nice, with giant windows and a view that makes you feel like you're in the trees. We chose it because it is pet-friendly and although it is an apartment, it has an outdoor deck with a very nice grill. It's also half a block from the beach, which is ideal. Gabriela was super friendly, she allowed us to stay a few more hours after check-out time, which is very much appreciated.

The house is spectacular just as it looks in the photos, very comfortable, two blocks from the sea and 8/10 from downtown Cariló. Christian a great host, he was always available and helped us with some topics during the stay, such as changing the refrigerator for a new one because it stopped working. Important: the house does not have sheets or towels, you have to bring them. Keep in mind that the double bed is extra large (2x2mts).

The house is as shown, it could improve the thoroughness of the cleaning, and some details of normal home maintenance, but Ana took care of everything right away and the communication was excellent at all times, I appreciate that he was flexible with the check-in/out times. The house is very well equipped and complete. We went in low season, the environment was very quiet and perhaps to go to the supermarket we had to walk a little more than if we had gone in high season with more places open. It met my goal of a quiet and relaxed place. I suggest putting a handrail on the first section of the stairs, although it is small, for an older person it can be difficult... But our stay, with three adults + a medium-sized dog, was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the surroundings, the wooded patio and the tranquility of the neighborhood. The sun loungers and umbrella and the French press coffee maker that we used throughout our stay were very useful!! I would go back.

Julián's place is as it appears in the photos. It has a place for 10 people and a beautiful and spacious garden. And best of all, it has direct access to the beach!
