Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé, bien agencé et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. La vue est magnifique et il est agréable de démarrer la journée avec un café sur le balcon ensoleillé avec la vue sur la rade de Villefranche. Lieu très paisible en hors saison. Belle plage. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Bien desservi en transport en commun. Mention spéciale pour Sonia qui nous a très bien accueilli et à été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Attention si vous arrivez en voiture il n’est pas très facile de se garer.

Amazing stay! Olga was very flexible with check in/out times, great location on the water. Apartment had everything you could need. An occasional smell did come from the bathroom/washing machine but that comes with it being an older building I guess. 100% would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

The apartment was perfect, we had a great time! And we especially enjoyed the balcony. Overall a wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Nicolas’ apartment in Nice. Nicolas is a great host and met us at the apartment and answered our questions and gave good local recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and was home from home for our visit. We enjoyed coming back to a comfortable home every evening. The location is perfect for getting to a from airport by tram and so close to explore all parts of Nice including the old town. The neighbourhood around Port Lympia is quiet with some great restaurants and cafes. It’s also close to some great coastal walks which we really enjoyed. Overall it’s the perfect apartment and location for any visit to Nice. We would love to visit again someday. Thank you Nicolas!

Uns hat das Häuschen inmitten des Olivenhains sehr sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt tatsächlich sehr abgelegen, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Meer ist in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber auch zum Wandern ist die Gegend sehr schön! Die private Badestelle unten am Fluss war wunderbar, wenn auch der Weg dorthin mit zwei Kleinkindern abenteuerlich war ;-). Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Dario und Daria! Die beiden sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Dario hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns nicht nur mit einem gesunden und süssen Snack überrascht, sondern auch mit Trinkwasser. Besonders schön war es, dass wir mit unseren zwei Hunden reisen konnten – der grosse, eingezäunte Garten stand uns zur Verfügung, was für uns und die Hunde perfekt war. Dario lebt überhalb der Airbnb-Wohnung und war, bei Fragen für uns da. Er hat uns eine sehr gute Einführung in die Gegend und die wichtigsten Orte in Andora di Marina gegeben und uns einen schriftlichen Guide zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem wir nachschlagen konnten. Auch Ausflüge in die benachbarten Städtchen wie Alassio sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, der ebenfalls sicher und eingezäunt war – sehr praktisch! Ein grosses Dankeschön an Daria für die schnelle und klare Kommunikation über Airbnb und an Dario für die Gastfreundschaft! Grazie mille!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Alloggio in posizione perfette per raggiungere i country club di montecarlo! In soli 2 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati in stazione e da li solo 2 fermate. Cathrine è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nel venirci incontro per il nostro orario di check in. Consigliamo assolutamente l alloggio!!

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Abbiamo passato dei giorni molto piacevoli nell’appartamento Bella Marina Maria Vittoria è stata veramente gentile e disponibile. La casa è ben curata esattamente come nelle foto, la posizione è ottima, vicino al mare e al centro di Porto Maurizio. Inoltre c’è il parcheggio privato, davvero comodo. Quindi un grande grazie!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lena. L'appartement est impeccable, la vue du balcon est superbe. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture sur le parking privé gratuit de la résidence est un gros plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

We love to stay in the Carre D Or area of Nice. This was a VERY last minute booking for a New Year get away so we were delighted to find somewhere. Willy's apartment has all that you need. Everything has its place and has been well considered for the space. WiFi great, bed comfortable. Pictures totally accurate. Location amazing.
