Monthly Rentals in Oso Municipal Golf Course Lake

Excellent place. My family and I had to stay a week awaiting some repairs to our home and this place was great. We have kids and they provide toys, potty seat, a fenced back yard which my kiddies loved. Nice neighbors. Great place to stay!

Had a great stay. Easy to find and get in and out. Super comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Very nice little kitchen with plenty of necessities. Although it is standard city water, I bring lots of bottled water to drink. HEB is about 7 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants around. Jacqueline us very proactive and will get back with you very quickly if there is anything you need.

We’ve made it a yearly tradition to stay at the Cozy Cottage at Waverly House! The little cottage is tucked away and has everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. We especially appreciate how Melissa welcomes pups as valued family members — the fully fenced yard makes it truly dog-friendly. Melissa is also incredibly responsive and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. We love the peaceful setting and enjoy being able to walk to the nearby coffee shop. We can’t wait to come back again next year!
