Incredible apartment right on the beach. The service provided was also very good.

This place is much bigger than the photos!!! We had a wonderful surprise when Sandra met us and showed us the beautiful apartment. Large kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Lots of maps and pamphlets, which made finding our way around the capes and beaches really easy. This is a very quiet part and beautiful of Spain and we enjoyed being among very few foreign tourists. Locals were very friendly.

Good place for a stop off on way back from Galicia to ferry at Santander. Helpful local recommendations helped us choose places to eat. Main disappointment was wet weather on one of the days!

This is the second time I've been to this apartment because for us it's a 10-star accommodation. Description faithful to the ad, close to the beach and restaurants, with a great garage and well connected to many interesting places to visit. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and communication with them has always been great. Of course, a place to stay again.

The apartment was very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you felt comfortable from the first moment. The amenities left nothing to be desired, everything was clean and well maintained. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful location: quiet yet central, with great views and great excursion options in the area. A perfect place to relax – we will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the apartment!

Small and simple casita but we did very well. Everything super clean. Silvia had nice details like leaving water, milk, coffee, cao cola, croissants…always attentive and available for anything. It has a very spacious and beautiful garden. The area is quiet and has many places of interest to visit nearby.

The house is as shown in the photos, everything is super clean and also provides you with everything you may need to spend a few days (oil, salt, coffee, cocoa, detergent...) and even some breakfast! A detail :) A few days before arrival she wrote to inform me of everything, very attentive always, even during the stay. You have a garage in the building and you can also easily park in the area. Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

Wonderful Stay, Super Friendly Hosts and a house of 10.

We had a great time at Jose Luis beach house. The location is fantastic with ocean views and access to a "private" bay over the rocks at high tide. The house is very well equipped and beautifully bright. The highlight is the dining area with sea views. Jose Luis is a very good host and was always available for questions. The Playa de Las Catedrales is minutes by car. Highly recommended!

Although we arrived in the afternoon Francisco waited for us and approached us to the house, he explained everything to us. She was there for us at all times asking if we needed anything, she gave us recommendations for the area and restaurants as we were going with two dogs. Where to buy typical food, go to a village party, etc. He even sent us a dossier of what to visit in the area that served us a lot. It's a 10-star host who isn't anywhere. Thank you very much for everything. The house is comfortable and very large, we were three people and we had room. It's garden is perfect for the dogs, which although it rained quite a bit. The kitchen is a past, very modern and at the same time beautiful. Bathrooms are good and comfortable, clean bedding and blankets. It is very well located to go everywhere with the car, everything close. The Playa de Esteiro is just about 1km away and is beautiful, the dogs were able to run and swim. We had a very good stay, we would definitely come back!!

This was by far my favorite place to stay in the whole trip. It was so peaceful and just what I needed to unwind and rest. If im in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

A 10. Friendly, attentive and the house is in perfect condition

We had a lovely stay as a family in this comfortable, clean and very well-equipped apartment. Jose Manuel is very available by message. We recommend it!

The house was impeccable, all perfectly clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable which made us rest very well. Ana, the host, was exceptional. In addition to being very attentive and available for any questions, she had several details that made our stay even more special. Knowing that we were going with two children, he decorated their bed with animal cushions, which made them so much illusion. During our stay, which coincided with a bit of bad weather, Ana was aware that we were comfortable at all times, which we really appreciated. In addition, he left milk, coffee, water, and a delicious treat for breakfast, a detail that made our arrival even better. This was definitely the best Airbnb home I've been in for a long time. Everything was perfect: the location, the comfort and, above all, the attention. ;)

Bane and her husband are super nice. We had a problem on the trip and arrived late at the apartment, and they showed their support and understanding for the delay. They left us everything we needed for breakfast, very thoughtful.

The apartment was very good, clean and very equipped in terms of kitchenware and needs. The location is ideal to move around Luarca, and despite being in the heart of Plaza del Ayuntamiento, you don't hear anything. Communication with the property was very easy. Totally recommendable.
