You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

100 meters to the lake, peace for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the middle of the forest. Here everything is far away and there are animals (mosquito, wasp, fox, etc.) It's nature, so there are leaves and pollen. Rest, relaxation and nature. We had 4 super relaxing days at Erna's house! There was nothing missing. The rooms and kitchen are superbly equipped. The highlights are the beautiful yoga/fitness room, the shower with light installation on the upper floor and the beautiful garden. Everything is great! We can highly recommend it :)

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city-escape stay at Marina's uniquely decorated Ferienhäuschen. Marina was a friendly and responsive host, the house had everything we needed and the sauna was well worth the money. We enjoyed going on day trips around the Sächsische Schweiz and coming home to the crackling fireplace. The only thing I would note was the shower is in one of the bedrooms, not in its own separate room, but especially with the sauna as well (which has two showers) this was not a problem. We would definitely recommend!

Our Christmas this year had a special charm in Döben. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, lovingly renovated historic house and felt right at home. It was wonderfully heated with the very nice fireplace and it was chubby warm, also in the upper rooms. Nice that there is still such a thing if a house keeps its old charm and is not broken. We can only recommend the place! ...and maybe come back sometime.

This house was cozy and clean and peaceful. The location was perfect for our visit to Wittenberg, about a 10-minute drive, and we loved going to the lake in the evening. Everything was very clean and there were cute little things like fairy lights, no clutter, but little things that made our children smile. New and clean bathroom.
