Our stay in the historic district of Memphis was truly unforgettable, as this home exceeded every expectation with its warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and belonging, as if we had stepped into a home away from home. Despite our delayed flight causing us to arrive later than expected, the hosts had thoughtfully prepared snacks for us, a gesture that instantly made us feel welcomed. Their hospitality extended beyond that, as they stocked the home with an assortment of teas, bottled water, and even our favorite snacks, demonstrating a level of care and personalization that is rare to find. Every room was adorned with cozy throw blankets, creating a relaxing atmosphere that, along with the inviting fireplace, added an extra layer of warmth and charm to our stay. The space itself was beautifully designed, blending historic charm with modern comfort, making it the perfect retreat in the heart of Memphis.

I really enjoyed the stay, it was very spacious and enough room for my family. The kids loved the kids room, only thing missing were tvs in the bedrooms. Other than that, Ms. Rachel place felt like home away from home. And everything we wanted to visit was literally minutes away. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home.

This place was a dream! The space is exactly as pictured! I’ve never stayed at a rental that was as intentional as this home! Highlights for me: easy check in, wonderful parking and a quiet and safe neighborhood, provided fresh dark towels, plenty of toiletries, recent service of HVAC (I was definitely warm & cozy). The furniture was very comfortable from the couch to the bed. Beth, the host was absolutely amazing! Very personable, responsive and accommodative to any request I may have made. Which was one- just to adjust the furnaces (as this has its original heating system! That runs like NEW). Would highly recommend 10/10! I will certainly return to stay again! My home away from home! Thank you so much for such an invaluable contribution to my amazing weekend retreat! Beat me to renting this place again! Lol

I had missed out a full day to check-in in my reservation due to severe weather/storms & trip delays but once I made it I enjoyed every second of the stay. The host was very friendly and thoughtful as she understood the situation, left a gift, and even allowed late check out. The beds were comfortable, tvs worked fine, shower had amenities, 10 outta 10 in my book…and I would gladly book here again when I come back!

Loved loved loved the back porch and was very grateful for the coffee bar 😊. Very cute house in a convenient location. This will most definitely be my first choice any time I go home to visit!

Absolutely stunning apartment. Perfectly clean and immaculate. Very welcoming and equipped.We had 1 issue only and they sorted this for us within minutes. Brilliant hosts.

We really enjoyed Ann's place. This 100 year old house is very cute with eclectic furnishings. We had 6 people and it worked fine for us. You will feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots/pans and utensils you need, even a Keurig machine. Ann was very sweet and a great host. Location on Central Ave. is ideal for nearby good eats. We will be back next time we come to Memphis. Highly recommended.
