The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

The house is stylishly furnished and modern with outdoor shower as well as beautiful details in materials and decor. Two terraces, Morsø pizza grill, lounge chairs, dining table and cozy nook for the lazy evenings. A home in a class of its own, with fine details in materials and decor. Update: In March, we installed curtains throughout the house.

Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.
