The place is an oasis in the middle of São Paulo, many trees in the backyard. Quiet and safe street. There's street safety!! You can walk on the subway. The house is a delight with large windows overlooking the garden!! And Daniel is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

The convenience is great! On the side of the metro, close to bars and restaurants. The apartment met the needs well, great space for couples with a good cost benefit! I loved and will come back more often. :)
