What a pleasant surprise Carlos' accommodation! I live in Brasília, and my father, who is undergoing cancer treatment, lives in Osasco. After a sudden worsening, I threw everything in the car and took the road. I was able to book (pure luck) for the same day, without paying much attention to the details of the reservation - I just wanted to get there! Opening the door to the apartment came the surprise: everything was impeccably clean, quality bed and bath linens (very fragrant), a very tasteful environment. Pres. Altino is an old and traditional neighborhood, there is a little shop a few meters away that offers an incredible breakfast! But most importantly, they accepted my pet (medium size) without any problems or prejudice (bull terrier with a mixed breed). The condominium employees are attentive, the building is quiet and well located. Indico with eyes closed! Excellent experience! The space, in person, is much better than in the photos.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Matheus welcomed me personally and was very kind. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was very clean, with towels and bedding. It was very hot during my stay, but a fan was enough. I highly recommend it for those who need to stay near USP.

I absolutely recommend staying at Sonia’s place. The location is amazing, easy to walk to 2 of the biggest malls. Apartment is exactly as described, very tasteful, comfortable and clean. But above and beyond was Sonia’s hospitality, I stayed here to recover from a surgery and Sonia was incredibly kind and flexible with everything. 100% recommend! Thank you for everything Sonia!! :)

The apartment and the amenities were amazing! The location was perfect as it was near a subway, a grocery store, and a shopping center. The host was very communicative whenever we had questions. My favorite part was the view from the apartment. It was simply spectacular! I spent so much time looking out the windows at the beautiful view. We will definitely be back next year.
