Carlos was very attentive, I contacted him at 10 p.m. and he was super attentive to my need for a place to stay for the night. Super equipped and comfortable apartment, complete condominium with laundry and market to supply any need. I highly recommend it and for the next few times it will be my favorite place to stay in the SP region.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Matheus welcomed me personally and was very kind. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was very clean, with towels and bedding. It was very hot during my stay, but a fan was enough. I highly recommend it for those who need to stay near USP.

I had a good stay... at first, I made some requests to the owner/administrator and was promptly attended to. I made 2 extensions, the space met my needs exactly. The location was ideal for me... the neighborhood was also very cool. I can only say one thing. I'm grateful for everything. God bless you!

Excellent space. It's more than a space you rent, it really has everything you have "in your home," not just the bare minimum. Full kitchen, with air fryer, various kitchen utensils, has a washing machine with clothes dryer, has a little balcony with table and chairs, which I used for breakfast. The apartment is a cute one. The children loved the condominium, the swimming pool and the playground. The host maintained good communication at all times. It helped with everything that was possible. Super recommend! If everything goes well, next year we'll be back.

Audrey was very receptive, we had unforeseen traffic for the checkin and she did not bother to change the time. During the checkin she gave several recommendations from nearby markets and locations. The apartment is excellent, all furnished and with items for use during the lodging period, and we received a great quality coffee and juice as a welcome kit! We felt at home and very well received at Audrey's apartment! The only question is that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, so to go up and down the bags is a little heavy, except that we have no negative points about our stay! We strongly recommend the stay and thank you for Audrey's attention!

Very cozy space that conveys peace. Our family days were very pleasant in Leonora's space. Warm shower and great pressure, super comfortable bed, clean and fragrant linens and towels, full kitchen, beautiful decor and great communication with the host. Super I recommend hosting.
