We loved the comfort, cleanliness, features of the apartment and especially the unique and wonderful view!The great operation of the building (employee Francisco is a very good person), swimming pool, sauna and play area, everything works and we have easy access. Attentive Host, very flexible for the check-in and check-out and always helpful. Definitely the highest point of the reservation. And about the apartment: marvellous!! Exactly what the pictures show. Pertinho do metro, in the heart of Pinheiros, easy transportation to all the places we needed to go. Everything clean and organized. The building is also great, although it has not had time to enjoy all the amenities. Note 1000 ☺️

Carolina's apartment was exactly as described. Very comfortable. There were 3 of us and it was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Carolina was a great host.

The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

My stay was simply spotless !I stayed for 4 days in a super well located apartment, near Espaço Vibra, in São Paulo. The apartment is very well equipped, has dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, microwave and was extremely clean and cozy, which made all the difference in the experience. The building has a complete leisure area, ideal for relaxing, and both the doorman and the receptionist were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Another positive point is the ease of access to several nearby establishments, such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Without a doubt, I recommend hosting and would be staying there again !

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.

Edgard was very kind at the reception. The house is very good, it offers comfort and many amenities, a super nice and comfortable house. The area is very good and close to the main avenue where there are several cool options for night and day too. I highly recommend Edgard's accommodation.

Tomas was extremely requested from quotation to check-out, always very kind. The house is very cozy, we went in a couple and a small pet and the size was excellent, it has a good structure to not have to worry about anything, many utensils in the kitchen that make the stay very easy. The weather was perfect for enjoying the sunshine in the private pool during the day and in the late afternoon where it starts to lower the temperature if you take shelter inside the house to watch movies and eat snacks. We will definitely return, the space is very tasty.

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! Super recommend staying at their home! It was really great!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in São Paulo! The house was even more lovely in person than in the photos – stylishly decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. The house is really amazing. The design favors natural light, spaces, and contact with nature. With a cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guest interaction, whether it's a pizza night, wines around the fireplace, chatting in the living room or a barbecue. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. We are sure to be back soon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

We were in three couples and the house surprised us positively! We expected two double beds and a sofa bed, but we found three bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, in addition to the children's bedroom and one more bathroom — that is, much more space than advertised. Everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area: barbecue, a spa with hot and cold sauna and a jacuzzi with perfect temperature for relaxing. The stay was impeccable and would be back for sure!
