Great comfortable place very private, impeccable in relation to everything and very quiet place

We were in three couples and the house surprised us positively! We expected two double beds and a sofa bed, but we found three bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, in addition to the children's bedroom and one more bathroom — that is, much more space than advertised. Everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area: barbecue, a spa with hot and cold sauna and a jacuzzi with perfect temperature for relaxing. The stay was impeccable and would be back for sure!

The stay was great! Rafael removed all my doubts promptly. The house is exactly like in the pictures. Perfectly accommodated our group. We will definitely stay in the house again at another time!!!

Second time we stayed at Helena's accommodation!! It is super cordial and attentive, the accommodation was extremely clean and all decorated with beautiful flower arrangements. The place has a 360 view, wonderful, surrounded by nature. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Wonderful house, lots of nature, very quiet. The heated pool is sensational, even the last day it was cold we were able to enjoy it. The house has everything, the condominium is beautiful, we made a walk on the lake, it's worth every cent!

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! Space exactly as described in the listing, conveniently located and with great dining options nearby. The host responded very quickly.

The apartment is spacious, with a balcony and beautiful view. Clean, tidy and fragrant accommodation; impeccable bed and bath linens, kitchen with all necessary utensils and equipment. It is worth noting the attention, care and kindness of Flávia and Luiz. We will certainly return on another occasion.

i loved the experience. the host was extremely kind and concerned about my stay. helped in everything I needed. was super proactive. for sure will be my stay for the next work needs. it was extremely close to my training location. it was much more worthwhile that the hotels were available. many thanks Wlander!

Ricardo’s place was amazing, the only issue is getting inside. I believe it scans your face and because you are not in the system you can not get in. every security guard will also argue with you and question you for 10 minutes every time you try to get in the building. You also have to wait for them to open the door so if they are in the bathroom or on break or something you are locked out. Front door was terrible, even getting out you have to wait for them. if you are catching an uber, go 5 minutes early just to make it past the door.

Carinas place was great. Very safe and easy access. Very clean and walkable to most things. WiFi was fast, the balcony was beautiful. Simple and nice.

I booked the stay to receive family members from the countryside. Viviane is a great host, clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.
