Vacation rentals with a patio in Osasco

I stayed for 4 days in the accommodation and it was an invigorating period. Daniel was extremely quick to respond and managed to clarify all the doubts we had. The bed is super comfortable and the bathrooms extremely clean. Inside the accommodation, we found what we needed to make our food. The cleaning was spotless. In the vicinity, we had everything that was needed: market, gym, shopping and restaurants. The place is very cozy and we even had a sense of comfort from home! The stay was very good. ❤️ Thank you so much for making the space available.

Aryel was super attentive and always kept in touch to ensure a smooth check-in. In addition, it was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out, which made all the difference. It also gave great snack tips in the area and guidelines about the building. The room is comfortable, with Smart TV and a great bed. Although the apartment is tall, there was a slight inconvenience with an event at the condo kiosk, but the noise was closed at 10 pm. The neighborhood is a bit far from the central region, making the arrival less practical, but the condominium is closed and beautiful. Aryel still got a spot for my car, which was a big difference. Another positive point is that he is also a massage therapist and introduced me to his techniques. I did a session and it was amazing! Sure, I'll be back more often. I highly recommend!

Better place close to amazing nature, a lot of places for activities around condominium. The best place to chill, work and living close to the nature. Love it soo much, highly recommend 🫶🏻

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

This beautiful large house had great kitchen, excellent living space and comfortable bedrooms! Hot water and clean bathrooms. Peaceful outdoor spaces as well

The airbnb is complete and comfortable. It has all the necessary utensils and more. The dishwasher is a great addition, it saves time that we can spend more of our stay. The beds and sofa are extremely comfortable. There are groceries and restaurants nearby! Beatriz and her husband, Vicente, were super helpful and even went to the house to help us build the umbrella we weren't getting. Really an amazing place! The space is perfect for relaxing with family and close friends — there are no locks on the bedroom doors so staying with people nearby makes the stay more comfortable.

Perfect place! Spacious house, exactly as shown in the photos, Igor welcomed us very well, very communicative. I recommend it!

 The place is gorgeous, the house was also easy to find. Everything working cool (well), was a very quiet and pleasant stay. Please note points I would like to know (if I was researching places for hosting): Leve (the basics for cooking: ( salt, sugar for ex, as it is not). As for cutlery, the forks are only for dessert. Skimmers and knives are ok(my husband left the sharp beans for the next rs) A better spatula would be welcome ) If Gostar de Café de Capula (and stay for more than 1 day) take yours, as only one capsule is available per person of courtesy. the conditioned Ares are excellent.

Local very cozy, clean, bedding and very comfortable beds! Detail: my dog bull terrier stayed in a little hotel if I knew there was an enclosed and comfortable space (kennel), I would have taken my dog, we only saw that we got there. No more very good td! Super indico, go without fear!

My stay was simply spotless !I stayed for 4 days in a super well located apartment, near Espaço Vibra, in São Paulo. The apartment is very well equipped, has dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, microwave and was extremely clean and cozy, which made all the difference in the experience. The building has a complete leisure area, ideal for relaxing, and both the doorman and the receptionist were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Another positive point is the ease of access to several nearby establishments, such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Without a doubt, I recommend hosting and would be staying there again !

i loved the experience. the host was extremely kind and concerned about my stay. helped in everything I needed. was super proactive. for sure will be my stay for the next work needs. it was extremely close to my training location. it was much more worthwhile that the hotels were available. many thanks Wlander!

Ricardo’s place was amazing, the only issue is getting inside. I believe it scans your face and because you are not in the system you can not get in. every security guard will also argue with you and question you for 10 minutes every time you try to get in the building. You also have to wait for them to open the door so if they are in the bathroom or on break or something you are locked out. Front door was terrible, even getting out you have to wait for them. if you are catching an uber, go 5 minutes early just to make it past the door.

Clean, organized environment with the necessary equipment for a long stay. Metro, markets, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants nearby on foot. Host friendly and quick to respond.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.
