100% perfect. The place was very clean, exactly as described, and right on the water. The location was perfect because it overlooked the pool and the lake. Had all the necessities needed for grilling. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We were searching for property at the lake and Park Place was one of the areas we considered. It was great to experience what the complex was like.

Sitting on the balcony, listening to the soothing sounds of the water in the morning and evening was a wonderful way to start and end each day. Afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool, which was a perfect way to unwind. The condo, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the pool were all immaculate, truly reflecting the pride the residents have in their community. It was a delightful experience will definitely book again if it’s available!

We enjoyed our 3rd stay very much. Great location for sunset views. We come back (end of September) for the quiet & relaxing beauty of the lake and close access to trails, restaurants & wineries, caves and concerts. Evolve host is really great!

Beautiful little spot. Master bedroom has such a beautiful view, we took lots of pictures. Quiet and comfortable. Good wifi and has a propane grill for you to use. (Need to bring your own propane). Has mesh on the patio, amazing to keep the bugs out. Everything is within 15 minutes, so it’s at a perfect location.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view, especially at sunrise. The screened dining area was nice for enjoying the warm afternoons and the beds were extremely comfortable. Justin was a very accommodating host.

The decor and layout were really thought out. Every conceivable amenity was available. She clearly put a lot of thought into the decor and the amenities provided.

Stephanie's condo was an excellent place for us to stay. The campus offers many things to do like tennis, play grounds, swimming both in the lake and two pools. They also have a hot tub. Breakfast in the mornings on the deck was very peaceful! We very much enjoyed our stay! Great value!

Condo was on the end with a very large outside patio, loved all the windows, natural light, and view of the lake. Nighttime with the blinds open allowed us to see the lights reflecting off the water. My family was comfortable and at ease which is exactly what we were looking for on this stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this Airbnb. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable.

This was perfect for our little R & R escape. It's right by the lake as described. Everything was cozy and smelled fresh and clean. We had everything we needed and Todd ensured we had a great time. Definitely want to return again!
