Fireplace in living room, open solution from kitchen. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, as well as laundry room and hallway. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and loft with double sofa bed. A total of 14 beds, plus travel beds. Any extra mattresses for the floor. Great hiking opportunities nearby, boat rental, as well as a nice little sandy beach below Panorama hotel and resort close by.

High standard, kitchen on both floors, two bedrooms and open loft with double bed. Short distance to nice nature experiences as well as culture. 6 min drive to the city center. Bed linen and towels are included. Simple fishing equipment and gas grill are available. Possibility of renting a boat (Hansvik 16 feet with 2022 mod. 9.9 hp Suzuki outboard) and 2 kayaks. Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that has now been used as a holiday home. The cabin is located unashamedly by Sævareidsfjorden with a way forward. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, pole fishing opportunities and a bullpen with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a large plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from the tank.

It is possible to rent a boat. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for a fee of 150 NOK per guest. Austefjordstunet is a place for recreation, and loudly partying at night is not accepted. Breaking this rule will give the owner the right to withheld the deposit.
